The Manu and Pierce picks by Wack were very shrewd. Liked them at the time, like them even more now

Starting to wonder if some big names will go undrafted.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

I had Stockton+Kawhi+Certain PF MVP in mind when initially making my plans, and I think Snake might just do it here himself. Undeniable offensive cohesion

I'm coming to terms with the fact that I'm just going to have to start Big Al.

Stockton Malone Kawhi is painfully unoriginal. But it works damn well.

Should we have done a smaller pool in hindsight? 90s to now with just 9 drafters is a little nuts

I would have preferred a smaller draft pool for this game. Even with everyone taking on a black hole these teams still look stacked.

Hah.

By the way, Wack’s team looking solid with Hakeem in round 4.

Baron Davis was the wrong choice. Should have given him 1994 Nique.

But then, it did help me land Stockton in round 2 by taking point guard off his board. Which was part of the motivation too.

We needed a few more unpopular stars in my opinion. The strategy of building a stacked team around a high FGA player has been a little bit interesting.

We should have done 90s to now for the pool of scrubs but the actual draft be 00s to now.

Definitely think the general conceit is a keeper, just thinking about tweaks for next time we run something like this

Looks like he's headed to the bench after all? I like the Wallaces with MJ/Pippen.

GOATbrook has been tough as well. There were a number of good, cheap points in this one. And he had one of the higher fga's.

I'd probably add a stipulation that the unpopular stars have to start and play 30+ minutes.

With that said, you might have to tweak the rules to create a baseline level of talent. One-off All-NBA Third Team guys like Big Al and Juwan Howard aren't really in the same bracket as a Westbrook or even a DeRozan.
