I hope this deal works, the Knicks and Heat have agreed upon a sign and trade.

1st Part - Heat trade portion of Marcus Banks TPE in exchange for Maurice Evans
*pending Atlanta deal gets approved. It would be an immediate deal after this point.

2nd Part - The Heat trade Maurice Evans ($2,500,000), Kevin Ollie ($825,497), and Mario Chalmers ($756,000). Miami Outgoing: 4,081,497 X 1.25 = 5,101,871. In exchange, the Heat receive Nate Robinson ($3,551,994), Chris Hunter ($736,420), and Joe Crawford ($736,420). Miami Incoming: $5,024,834. Deal works for Miami

The Knicks trade Nate Robinson (1,775,997), Chris Hunter ($736,420), and Joe Crawford ($736,420). Total Outgoing: $3,248,837 X 1.25 = $4,061,046 + 100,000 = $4,161,046. In exchange the Knicks receive Maurice Evans ($2,500,000), Kevin Ollie ($825,497), and Mario Chalmers ($756,000). Knicks Incoming: 4,081,497, thus the Knicks outgoing is greater than the Heat's outgoing.

The Knicks accept, we hate to see Robinson go, because what he does best, score off the bench, he does as well as anyone in the NBA. But on the flip side, we love what Chalmers brings to the table in terms of his defense and shooting, he fits right in with the philosophy the Knicks are trying to achieve. Also saves a little bit of money, and that's always a good thing.

Yeah, that part isn't the worry. Forgot to include the actual contract, that's my fault:

Year 1: $3,551,994
Year 2: $3,924,953
Year 3: $4,297,921
Year 4: $4,670,880
Year 5: $5,043,839

$21,489,587/5 = 4.2 average per year

Golden State accepts. We don't like giving up our young stud PF or a quality SG, but we feel Iggy fits too well with our current team to pass up, and we have Randolph and Wright to take up all those PF minutes. We also get a possible pick in a very deep draft.

Toronto trades:

Beno Udrih $6,031,800
Amir Johnson $$3,941,667

Toronto receives:
Kenyon Martin $15,852,511
Carmelo Anthony $15,779,912
= $31,632,423

26.18 x 1.25 = 32.72>31.63

Denver Trades:
Kenyon Martin $15,852,511
Carmelo Anthony $15,779,912
= $31,632,423

Denver Receives:
Andrea Bargnani $$8,500,000 (PPP)
Kevin Martin $9,680,170
Beno Udrih $6,031,800
Amir Johnson $$3,941,667

28.15 x 1.25 = 35.19>$31.63

Raptors accept. The Raptors continue their overhaul by acquiring Bosh the second SUPERSTAR he deserves. Carmelo Anthony adds another dimension to this team and we're now legitimate contenders in the East. I was able to turn a few prospects into Kevin Martin, and now Martin and Bargnani into Melo which I'm very happy about. Melo is going to ease the pressure on Bosh offensively and hopefully allow Bosh to re-capture that Team USA defensive form. Bargnani was really tough to give up, I think he's got so much legitimate offensive potential. And then looking at the Martin-Billups duo forming in Denver, it's a tough deal for me to make, but it'd better solidify Bosh's position as a Toronto Raptor for the long term future.

NY accepts, we hesitantly accept, but we needed another wing, and Marvin gives us a talented wing that's ready to break out. He's improved his three point shot, and with he and Chandler on the wings, and Okafor, and Lee upfront, we like the youth on the team. We also pick up a first, and Teague whom we like as a prospect as well.

The Denver Nuggets and Memphis Grizzlies are pleased to announce they have agreed to a trade.

Denver sends:

Nene ($10,520,000)
Anthony Carter ($825,497)

Denver Recieves

Hasheem Thabeet (4,458,840)
Steven Hunter (3,696,000)

Outgoing: 11,345,497
Incoming: 8,154,840

Memphis Trades

Hasheem Thabeet (4,458,840)
Steven Hunter (3,696,000)

Memphis Recieves

Nene ($10,520,000)
Anthony Carter ($825,497)

Incoming Salary: 11,345,497
Outgoing Salary: 8,154,840

Memphis remains under the cap, so the 125% rule is not invoked.

Denver accepts. Tough to let go of a player who was a part of the teams success this year, but we felt we could not pass the opportunity to acquire another great big man prospect to pair with Bargnani. We have the makings of a young core that will be together for a long time, and Billups's stabilizing influence will ensure the team remains competitive in the here and now as well.

We HATE losing Ellis and Jackson but at the chance to had 2 hall of famers in Nash and Grant Hill and a star shooter in Shard we couldnt pass it up. Nash, Kobe, Artest, Odom, Gasol with a bench of TInsley, Hill, Shard, and TUriaf will not be beat. ha, took along time to get this deal done, nice dealing with you. Have fun in orlando Fisher, will miss you buddy.
