everyone drafts pool of 4 players he would most like to have but someone else drafts for him one guy
so lets say the guy with the first pick selects these 4 guys ( Lebron, Michael Jordan, Kevin Durant and Tim Duncan ) and guy that drafts next can't select any of these 4 so he selects these 4 ( Shaq, Bird, Magic and Kawhi ) then when everyone has chosen the 4 guys the guy that drafts last picks for each guy one of these 4 players.
so for the guy with first pick he selects Tim Duncan (Lebron, Jordan and Durant are now out of the draft and cant be picked by anyone ) for the next guy he selects Kawhi and Shaq,Bird,Magic cant be picked by anyone and so on and so on
I think this could be fun because you can't get exactly what you want but you sill control most of your team by selection of 4 players. You must choose carefully the 4 guys you want because the drafter thats drafts for you wants to make your team as bad as possible so he has more chances to win. and lastly each player selects 4 players means that the player pool will quickly dry up and we will draft players that are not drafted often
so lets say we have 8 guys participating then in first round the guy with the last pick drafts for every player, in the second round the guy with the 7th pick drafts for every player.
not sure if this makes sense lol
I like the concept but instead of having the last person in the round pick for everyone, why not just have
Player 1: Nominates 4 players
Player 2: Selects Player 1's player, then nominates his own 4 players
Player 3: Selects Player 2's player, nominates his own 4,
etc.
This would also eliminate less players since he could nominate ones for himself the 3 players player 1 didn't get
This concept sounds different and possibly a good one.
I like this, too. Next drafter picks and all go back in the pool.
