Re: All Time Fantasy Draft Thread (lukekarts on the clock)
Well, I've deliberated over this pick for ages, and I've finally decided I'm going to go for an offensive powerhouse. I can work out the bits in between later.
So, I select: Dirk Nowitzki.
Without doubt the best shooting big man the league has ever seen, 2007 MVP. Oscar & Dirk should work well together!
2005-06 - 26.6 points (48% / 40.6% /90.1%), 9 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1 block. in 38.1 mpg. PER: 28.1, TS% 58.9%. All NBA First Team, All Star
2006-07 - 24.6 points (50.2% / 41.6% / 90.4%), 8.9 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 0.8 blocks in 36.2 mpg. PER: 27.6, TS% 60.5%. MVP, All NBA First Team, All Star

There is no consolation prize. Winning is everything.

Re: All Time Fantasy Draft Thread (bness888 on the clock)
I'm a little confused towards the list bness888 sent in (not his fault, rather mine for not clarifying when we were talking). I'm not going to make his selection in the hopes that he can post it himself in a couple hours when he wakes up. If he hasn't picked, then Gremz who I've forwarded the list will make the selection as understood.
We also has Baller's list. So penbeast would be on the clock immediately after bness selection is made.

Can't make the claim that he's the second greatest PG of all time, but I can say that no PG in history, with the possible exception of Magic, has ever been better over a 2 year stretch. A guy who may be the best small guard to ever play the game if he continues the rest of his career the way he started it, we add . . .

Re: All Time Fantasy Draft Thread (bness888 on the clock)
In another really difficult decision the Boned Samuels will select

Dwight Howard
I really hate taking 2 players with the same 2 year span, and current at that, but I could not pass on this chance, and have decided to do things a little different this time. There was 1 other guy I really wanted, but the effeciency that I have put together between Superman and the King is amaizing. Plus teaming 2 MVP's and 2 DPOY who were also both 1st team All NBA and 1st team All Defensive in the same time frame is pretty dominatant
08/09: 20.6 ppg, 13.8 reb, 2.9 blocks, 1 steal .572 FG%
DPOY, 1st team All NBA, 1st team All Defensive
09/10: 18.3 ppg, 13.2 reb, 2.8 blocks, .9 steals, .612 FG%
DPOY, 1st team All NBA, 1st team All Defensive

Re: All Time Fantasy Draft Thread (tmac4mvp on the clock)
Apologize for being late, overslept...

Going Rick Barry. He'll be our go to perimeter player. His two year peak consists of roughly 27-28 PPG, 6 RPG, 6 APG, and well over 2 SPG. He singlehandedly led his team to the NBA championship picking up a Finals MVP, and two All-NBA First team selections in this stretch. When we're talking two year peaks, we feel he is BPA.

Re: All Time Fantasy Draft Thread (Snakebites on the clock)
Snakebites is thrilled to select Clyde Drexler!

A proven commodity next to a moderate big, Drexler could also lead a team as its best player. His two year peak is as good as any other in this game for shooting guards, and is a great fit next to David Robinson.
Selected years: 1988 and 1989

Re: All Time Fantasy Draft Thread (calderon13 on the clock)
The clock is 4 hours.
Its been less than 3.
Obviously its annoying when someone uses all of that, but its not really fair to give people less than that.

Re: All Time Fantasy Draft Thread (calderon13 on the clock)
Bruh Man if you're there, send in a list, because we can start rolling once we have to likely autopick for calderon. Because Miller is around, poop is extremely fast and prompt, lukes given me a list, bness has given me a list, Baller is around, penbeast said he'd be back roughly around this time, SamBone has been eager to pick. I'm obviously here, and will be here, and even stud/dan atko are online.

Autopick for calderon13 is... Bob McAdoo
Needs a big time scorer, gets one, can play either PF/C, and is a good fit with Stockton and Pippen.
