There are some that will have 5 trades arranged ahead of time and with the time for approval being 24 hours back then I think the activity died. I am a slow player...basically I look through the rosters see what people are doing organize an offer....send counter offers etc...I like that aspect or style of game. I was never a big trader...making 10 trades in the 3 months we had it going was about my max. For the most part I think that style of game will not work anymore with the instant approval style that has been currently taking place.
How about once a player is traded, they cannot be traded again until a full 24hrs? The teams involved can still make trades during that period, but none involving already traded players can be involved.
I like that idea mate. The goal is to have a lot of offers coming in but only fair deals going through. And I would like to do the rule that back to back picks are not allowed (pick swaps allowed though).
How do you like it Mascot? Are you in?
I hope we get at least 20 people. We could do expansion teams then which could be very cool. Should expansion teams get #4 and #5 pick in draft or higher? I think the Bobcats got #4 a couple of years ago.
I would love to but I just will not have the time this winter because of Uni. I will check in for sure to see how it is going though. Good luck with it but I honestly do not see wait time for trade approvals working anymore.

21 teams could be assigned now, so we still need more participants.
I plan on taking one team, a team with no capspace, a boring team for gmat, probably the Cavs because I want to do a lot of organization stuff, (cant be the "commish" though cuz Im not a mod and live in a different time zone) for example I want to run Free Agency and make it great again with flexible tiers and contract talks (I will always reply to an offer and you can improve your offers).

I too unfortunately don't have the time to commit to this game. Perhaps in the spring time I could commit to another game, perhaps the new CBA would be implemented and fully understood by that point too. I always loved playing this game.

You dont need sooo much time for the game.
I will upload a roster template, so you will beed like 10 minutes to edit your roster page and you have to check your emails and make some offers. If you are an active player, thats maybe 30 minutes of action per day and nobody says something if you just answer your email some days (so sometimes 5 minutes action lol)
So sign up for one team my friend and there should be time for the game. The plan is to start it at the weekend
