Definitely a unique pool of players. Not the draft position I wanted but oh well.

Up!

Alvin Rob is a nice pick. I had identified him as a great pairing alongside Kyrie if he were to make it to me

Want 4?

Just a heads up - 20 minute countdown for your pick's clock. I have durantbird's pick ready after.

I have decided I am going to do something and draft someone I have never seen drafted before with my next pick.

Should make for a fun team.

Im liking my team in this one, hopefully other agree

But my defense is awesome, got awesome size, and 3pt shooting around Hill/Davis with PatBEv, Battier and Boogie all taking and making them.

I was personally just thinking about how much I hated your team but how much I love this draft so far

Not against having Wall/Booker/Horry/Barkley/Bam for having a late pick.
It's going to be a glorious day... I feel my luck could change

Yep, I think we hit just the right level of depth and new faces. Could do Sweet Sixteen from a prior year if we ever wanted a Part 2.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

I wanted Cousins, but Webber was a pretty good option. Gerald Wallace and Dereck Lively are two fundamental defensive pieces around Webber. Wanted to secure Gerald early once the top tier rim protectors Cs were gone.

Guard and wing defense is also be gonna be pretty great for my team, with SGA Clyde Herb and Gerald.

I was going to go either Webber or Cousins.

But I know cousins and davis worked well irl and cousins is a bit cheaper too.

In comparison to other teams, I think I swung and missed on this one. Oh well, I've been on a (short-lived) hot streak recently, was only a matter of time.

You took the risky route and doubled down on supportive stars in your first picks in a shallow pool while being bottom pick. With some potential drops, it could've worked out better, but hard to count on drops in a shallow pool.

I thought I could wait with Cousins for round 8. Instead he wasn't even available for me at 5th.

Could I have waited on Hayes? Or was he on anyone else's radar?
