Yeah, I did think there was a clear top 7 in this one and it appears the board agreed.

Left me without (IMO) a clear direction to go in round 1. When in doubt, get a clear fit, I guess.

Sure glad I didn’t do something planning on KG falling. I was even considering using young KG.

Hakeem/KD is the standout duo, even with the years.

I strongly considered both players in round 1, along with Jokic.

At my spot with two people after me I figured CP3 game me the best chance at a workable duo that gives me flexibility with my third pick.

Was very much torn between Hakeem and Dirk. I feel like Dirk just opens up so many team-building options though.

Man I'm not seeing any great options here. Could go BPA who would be a bad fit or could go for really good fit but significantly less talent than several on the board. Could go for elite offense but sacrifice defense or get more of a two-way guy that is significantly less firepower. Depending on who Stan takes, I may be tempted to do something kooky.

I hate taking Brook in the 3rd round, but he was such a need for me.

Have to have a center who can defend Shaq, Hakeem and Howard but also space the floor.....and those options are very limited.

Yeah, this isn't a typical 80s-now pool but these teams are still ridiculous. Dirk-Dwight-Pierce for under 40 FGA is a pretty competitive start at least.
