Salaries: $57,131,770 - $1,868,230 below cap
Rotation:
Center: Bogut 34/ Lopez 10/ Thomas 4/ Baston
Bogut is a high production low maintenance guy. You can feed him the ball, and he'll find a way to score, or kick the ball out to the open player. He has good basketball IQ, and is a great passer for a big man. Think of Bogut as a poor-mans Tim Duncan.
Power Forward: Lopez 20/ Thomas 18/ Outlaw 10
Outlaw is a good player, and is a good change up to throw in at power forward to create match-up problems. Lopez is the perfect complimentary player to Andrew Bogut, he has a very polished game, with good footwork, and rebounding, but he is very good in the high-post, which is well suited to running along side Bogut who is more low-post oriented (but with a similar grasp of fundamentals).
Small Forward: Outlaw 16/ Wallace 32
Outlaw is the hustle guy on the team, he goes after loose balls, blocks shots, and gets steals. Most of his points come either slashing to the basket, or posting up small defenders. He is a guy who does not require the ball to play well. Outlaw has also developed his jumper, and now shoots the 3 at over 35%, giving us a good weapon to utilize in our half-court offense. Wallace is an all-star caliber player that compliments Arenas very well. He is a good slasher, passes well, and plays phenomenal defense.
Shooting Guard: Areanas 24/ Mason 12/ Snyder 12/ Parker
Areanas is hands-down one of the best scorers in the NBA. His vision and tenacity are top-notch, and he plays with a fire that few super-stars ever do. You can tell that every minute he spends on the court he gives all he has. Jack is another fiery player. He is a decent scorer, and a solid passer. His decision making at some times is questionable, but he is still a developing player that already has some polish on his game. Snyder is a strong shooting guard, he is a very good rebounder at his position, and he adds toughness to my back-court that I didn't have previously.
Point Guard: Jack 20/ Sessions 18/ Areanas 10/ Parker
Daniels is a smart veteran who can score, defend, and pass. Sessions is a young player with lots of upside. He has good vision, and soft hands. Even with the limited minutes he has received in the NBA thus far he has shown signs of being a true threat.
NBDL: Goran Dragic
Dragic is a larger version of Tony Parker (obviously not on the same level yet). He has intriguing up-side, and is a good passer.

The Bucks are a mis-match of players that have been seemingly just thrown together. They have multiple players that do the same thing. The offense at times is great, but at other times it is a slow beast with players grouped together. Proper spacing does not seem to be a goal of this team, so it's no wonder that they have only won 19 games.
As the new GM of this team my goals are to:
1.Acquire depth at the forward and center positions.
2.Trade either Charlie V, or Yi for a defensive power forward like Nick Collision, or Udonis Haslem.
3.Trade either Redd or Williams for a good point guard, and some young pieces, picks, and/or salary cap relief.
4.Transition the Bucks into a new era with efficient players both on offense, and on defense.
The Bucks are targeting power forwards with good rebounding, and low-post scoring skills, Small forwards with good ball distribution, and defensive skills, as well as the ability to score effectively, and a good ball distributer who can drive into the lane, and hit open players with good passes. Depth, and Picks would also be great. Salary relief is not a major concern, but any trade that gives me more flexibility is welcome, especially if I can take advantage of next years free-agent class.
ON THE BLOCK:
Everyone is availible at this moment, all though some players will be very hard to get. At the moment I am testing free agency, and will hold off on any major trades until it becomes apparent that I won't be acquiring anyone of value. Right now the most availible players are Antonio Daniels, and Etan Thomas. Depth at power forward, and shooting guard are desired.

Detroit Daily News
Detroit GM UNC's Diddy has looked at his roster and has decided he wants to get younger but remain competitive. As a result everyone on his roster is now available for the right price. Diddy stressed that he doesn't want to gut his team and no longer be competitive. When asked why he has decided to get younger Diddy responded with. "Looking at the make up of the East younger teams are emerging as contenders and we don't want to fall behind in the next couple years". When asked about Billups, the point guard he has been reluctant to part with, Diddy said "The things Billups bring to the point are amazing. It would take a young PG with all the right skills to get Billups out of a Pistons uniform." Diddy refused to name any point guard prospect specifically but this reporter believes Devin Harris, Kirk Hinrich and Raymond Felton to be on the GM's short list of prospects.
Players now available: Everyone!
Wants and needs: Want to get younger at every position and remain competitive. I still believe this roster can compete but I want to move in a different direction. This is not a fire sale so I won't give away my players. Looking for young players with potential who can contribute now. Also looking to get back into this years draft.
