This is turning what has been a pretty fun game into something slow and somewhat boring. Everyone is waiting on their picks to make trades.

I suggest making it a two hour window all day around so we can get through 1 round a day. People can make a list if they cannot be there for their pick.

dudes f*ck this system it is obviously not working. If we're going to go by predefined times then the gaps between picks should be no more than 2 hours.

i like the 2 hr system but not for the 04 draft since it is such a deep draft and lot of gms are looking to make trades to get into this draft and others are trying to get value for their picks but i think 4 hrs is the way to go that way we can get in at least finish it in 2 days...

The 9th pick is on the clock? I have that pick but only see 5 players taken.
I see that Melo, West, Hinrich, Kaman and Mo Will have been taken is this correct?
Am I on the clock with the 9th pick

No, there's still ~1/2 an hour left for the 6th pick. If I can't get a trade done in time, I'll select Josh Howard. (Sorry for the delay.)

Yeah, by the time the next pick has been made it will have been 20+ hours since the last pick.

Since people couldn't send in lists, this is the crap we all have to deal with now.

I feel like i'm running a classroom...You guys have two options:

The current system or the 2 hour system. Here's the problem with the 2 hour system: if requires there to be a governing body checking in every two hours, which is absolutely insane considering I'm in class for 6 hours a day right now without my laptop and I'm at work another 5 hours a day where I can check it, but I can also get sidetracked. I can see a TON of bitching that way as well when someone gets skipped because they sent me a list and I wasn't able to log on either.

The original system was the best IMHO (max 6h intervals etc).

Then set it back to the way it was orginally done. That was moving along fine all you have to do is just hold people accountable for missing their pick.

Simple as that.

I don't think anyone likes to wait 23 hours for 1 dang pick to be made and quite frankly, if it continues at that rate, I could see people quitting/not caring to check in anymore.
