Because Zach Randolph is still a 20/10 guy and will only be a back-up......he may be a pain in the ass but he is much better than picking up the 12th best player in the 2007 draft.

The draft is for players who entered the league in 2007 AND before (but haven't been drafted in this game yet, ofc)
Like the last one was for 2006 AND before etc.
