With the 5th pick in the 2010 NBA draft the Milwaukee Bucks select Cole Aldrich from Kansas.

I am really torn because I haven't really had a lot of time to figure out what I want to do with my team let alone figure out who would be the best selection. I was really tempted to go in another direction but I don't think it is possible for me to pass up on Cole Aldrich. I can either trade him or let him develop behind Andrew Bogut.

With the 7th pick in the 2010 NBA Draft, the Oklahoma City Thunder are thrilled to select PF Ed Davis from the University of North Carolina.

We had Davis second on our board, so we are thrilled he was still there at #7. We feel he is the next great PF in the NBA and are very happy to add him to our young core.

The Hornets are pleased to select Greg Monroe, who we feel will be a great fit and is a great value at #8.

As player who had been #1 in many mocks before the John Wall usurped that spot, Monroe's Hoyas disappointed last year and he has fallen into the 5-10 range, with some mocks still pegging him at 2 or 3, even though he's young for his class. We like Monroe as a top-three player in this draft and feel that he's a player whose stock has nowhere to go but up over the next year. Furthermore, his blend of size, skill, and BBIQ make him a can't miss prospect with a pretty good best and even worst case, and Monroe is ready to contribute right away.

Ultimately, we like his fit with the young, high BBIQ players who we already have on our squad and were thrilled to wake up this morning with Monroe still on the board.

Nothing worthy of trading down, so with the 9th Pick in the 2010 NBA Draft, the Toronto Raptors select Al-Farouq Aminu from Wake Forest University

San Antonio will select Jerome Jordan with the 15th pick.

We are reaching a bit for a player that we like and we believe will fit our team. Jerome's defense, rebounding, and shot blocking will mesh great with newly acquired Greg Monroes ability to spread the floor.

With the 17th pick in the draft, Minnesota will select PF/C DeMarcus Cousins. We are thrilled to add such a talented young player to our team. The upside here is so high that we had to trade up to guarantee us getting him. We believe that he should be a top 10 pick
