^That trade would have to be hypothetical.

While we're discussing it though, feel free to, if you trust me, send offers for a swap of mid round 3rd and 4th rounders for my 2nd to last 3rd and 2nd to first 4th.

yea all trades cannot be made until the end but they can tell each other who to pick, and trust each other that the trade will be made at the end of the 10th round. I wouldnt recommend this to any1.

AS WELL keep in mind the cap, player salaries can add up quickly and before you know it you will have 15Million to sign 4 players

Honestly I'm using Shamsports, rules be damned, because Shamsports is right more often than hoops/poops/hype

Can we drop players from our team and add players no picked after the draft is over?

Have to hear from Hoffa to be sure, but in the sense of a "cap", players dropped woulds still be on your cap.

For salaries we will use Sham Sports

As for adding and dropping players, players that are dropped will have their whole salary count towards your cap.

Yup no prob. To be clear all trades must be with 25% or $100,000, right?

i actually dont think it really matters, as long as both teams are under the cap after the trade it is valid.

Then you'd need almost exactly the same salary going in and out, I assumed we had the 25% rule. I'm sending out about 24 mill and recieving about 25 mill so I'll probably be a bit over the cap but not significantly.

Hard cap=no flexibility. You must stay under 65m.

Given those rules, the 25% rule isn't in play. Everyone's under or right on the cap.

can't be over the cap at all thats the reason for the hard cap, if you want to make sure you some cap room to accomodate the trade, make sure your next 2 draft picks are low in salary enough to make up the difference.

The whole reason of a hard cap is too stay under 65Mil. Thats why making trades can be difficult (look at the NHL where no team can go over the cap no matter what even for a trade).
