He hasn't been part of FA at all. I gave him the QO, waiting to match offers but he was on none of the tiers or the claiming tier.

Ok, um, he'll accept your 1 year QO, or you can offer him a deal just like the other FAs and wait 24 hours to see if he gets a better one. So just treat him like any other FA thats in Tier 3

Kings release Ung contracts of Lin and Thomas making them Free Agents. Had no use for four Point Gaurds.
