Trade 124
LA CLIPPERS AND HOUSTON ROCKETS REACH AGREEMENT

The Los Angeles Clippers announced that they have send PG Rajon Rondo, rookie SF Jeff Taylor and Center DeAndre Jordan to the Houston Rockets in exchange for Devin Harris, Andrew Bogut, CJ Miles.

The full terms were not disclosed, but in the deal the Clippers take on salaries of $ 26.723M while sending $ 21, 035 to the Rockets. This will create a $ 5,615,000 TPE for the Rockets, but the Clippers can absorb the additional salary under the CBA since they are currently just over $ 47M.

The Rockets schzophrenic off season continues, but they gladly accept this deal which they have worked on for some time. The opportunity to sign Rajon Rondo, who we feel to be the best young PG in the league - with Championship pedigree - is what made this deal acceptable. There is no quesiton that Clippers have gotten great value in Harris, Bogut, Miles - who can play with Griffin. While they add needed depth to an outstanding front line in this move and the Rocket will miss those players, the defensive presence and potential that Jordan offers along with the proven leadership of Rondo and upside of Jeff Taylor made this a win win deal in Houstons opinion.
Houston would like to thank the management of the Los Angeles Clippers for putting together a great deal and acting decisively in pulling the string!

Trade 125

The Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat have come to an agreement for a trade. The Pacers will send Roy Hibbert to the Miami Heat for Samuel Dalembert and Ryan Anderson.

Hibbert 12 million

for
Ryan Anderson $5 million
Samuel Dalembert $5 million

Salaries needed to be between 9.6 million and 15 million for the deal to work and at 10 million it barely squeezes in. The Pacers are happy with this deal. We needed to rid ourselves of Roy Hibbert because the moronic contract we were forced to match pissed us off so much that it was ruining the game for me because my generous cap room evaporated overnight. This deal gives us a veteran center to hold down the fort until the guy I drafted in the first round is ready. Plus we also get Ryan Anderson, a player we have had interest in acquiring for quite some time.

commish said a team who signs its own players (which he does here by matching WAS offer), can trade the player immediately.

that is not hoe RFA were handled earlier in this game, how can rules be changed in the middle of the game? Can commish please answer. EG signed an offer sheet to play in Washigton, I have no clue how he can be then signed and traded to a different team. He either has to stay in Washington, or get his contract matched by Minny (he has the rite to do so) and then wait the 7 day no trade period that has been in place since the start of this game and was inforced earlier in the same game

confirmed. i finally get a legit young center. hibbert has great range (15 fters) for a center and he can definitely hold down the paint. man is 7'2" and ready to swat shots away with jsmoove and LBJ. my team's nearly complete!

If there's such an ability let's just swap what happened and let 2013 1st become 2014 1st.

The deal then would be:

MIA sends:

Jerryd Bayless (S&T 4,000,000/yr, 3 yrs, TO on 3rd year)
MIA 2014 and 2015 1sts

ORL sends:
Ryan anderson ( 5,000,000)

4*1.25 = 5.

I would agree, would you agree RR9?
And how about Crispy, would you say yes to changing it in our trade?

Trade # 127

BLOCKBUSTER

MIA sends:
Steve Nash ($6,000,000)
Eric Gordon ($13,000,000)
Roy Hibbert ($12,000,000)

Total: $31,000,000

DEN sends:
Chris Paul ($16,000,000)
Jason Richardson ($7,200,000)
Kenyon Martin ($4,000,000)

Total: $27,200,000

$27,200,000*1.25= $34,000,000 > $31,000,000 so money works.

This is a hefty price for a VERY hefty player. Chris Paul, I had you once, I regret ever trading you away, but welcome home again. You, LBJ, Jsmoove will be the core for this team for the dynasty we're about to build. Jrich is one of the best clutch 3pt shooters in the league. He's also a solid defender and Kenyon will provide great energy. He's known for injuries, but since it's not a problem in this game, I gladly take him as Josh Smith's backup. Kenyon is a hustler and provides underrated defense in the post!! Good dealing, DEN.

Confirmed. We really like a Curry/Gordon backcourt for years to come. Gordon was 22/3/4 on great defense and 3 point shooting in 2011, and is only 22 years old. Hibbert is a great young 7'2 center who will split minutes with Okafor and provide an offensive option up front. 13/8 and 1.8 blocks in only 28 minutes of play is pretty good. Finally Nash, still a star, still a lights out shooter and a deadly playmaker. This deal gives us the bench depth in the league and a nice mix between young and older players. Good tough negotiations, and good dealing MIA.
