Yeah external voting would be great. Just getting some qualified posters from the T&T board shouldn't be that hard

I don't think we want to have too big of a panel. I think 4 or 5 guys should be suffcient.

I was gonna suggest 3 even. It's no more or less work or me though either way.

If we go the external judges route, which I like, it would be great if the judges would be willing to do a couple of sentences of comments about each team in addition to the rankings.

Are we supposed to include BOTH win now AND best team for the future in our writeup, or do we choose which one?

Include both - but in your case, weigh it more towards the future; you will still be ranked for your league position but clearly your focus has been to rebuild so that's where I expect your team to score well.

Portland are now pretty comfortable with the roster we have. Current depth chart is:

PG: Jonny Flynn / Earl Watson
SG: Ray Allen / Roger Mason
SF: Paul Pierce / Hedo Turkoglu
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge / Jeff Pendergraph / Eduardo Najera
C: Dwight Howard / Brad Miller / Dan Gadzuric

I may consider offers that get me a more experienced PG in place of Flynn, if you have anything in mind, let me know.

Obviously, nobody is untouchable except Dwight, but the longer you leave it the less likely I will be to trade any of these guys, so if you want them, hit me up with offers ASAP.

New Jersey Nets

PG - DJ Augustin, Daniel Gibson and Eric Bledsoe
SG - Courtney Lee, Dominique Jones and Willie Warren
SF - Wes Johnson and Terrence Williams
PF - Blake Griffin, Brandan Wright and Tibor Pliess
C - Demarcus Cousins, Tiago Splitter, Daniel Orton, Eddy Curry and Theo Ratliff

Everyone in the trade block right now. My priority right now is possible consolidation of talents especially if such will result in upgrade in my PG, SG and SF starters. Any ideas are welcome.

Grizzlies are looking to trade Josh Howard and either Lou Williams or Mike Conley for an upgrade at PG. 2011 picks are available in the right deal.
