i don't think it was a reach at all.
What SF's could I have taken instead? Howard? Jefferson?
Neither are the defender I'd like for my team.
Battier provides a nice glue guy, and range.
i'll address my shooting guard needs later in the draft

Antawn Jamison

and from todays Washington Post....

Jamison returned to practice on Saturday but was limited to light running on the treadmill and riding the stationary bicycle. He will be examined again next week, but Saunders said "the shoulder is progressing a lot in the last couple of days. He said he isn't feeling much pain in it. That's a good thing, too."

Haywood said Jamison is an invaluable piece to the Wizards. "There is no one on our team that does what he does. He's a guy who gets 20 and 10 inside and stretches the court to the three-point line and that creates spacing for guys like me, Gil [Arenas] and Caron [Butler]. I wish him back. I wish him a speedy recovery."

swap out Gil with Rondo, Caron with Pierce and Me(Haywood) with Kaman and it is a match made in heaven!

I'm taking Millsap.

Gives me another balanced post player to put next to Brook Lopez, and there's no Carlos Boozer to get in the way, so it's win-win.

I'm taking Ben Gordon. I get the best 6th man in the league, and although I still haven't filled my the C and PF spots I can't let him pass me here, way too talented.
