No, they will not.

Is Tracy McGrady opting out of his contract?

Nope. The free agent list that is up now should be final pending anyone else with team options.

I can do all of RFA since they are mostly matched. Maybe those signings will spur some trading. Ending the game after Free Agency sounds good.

That would be absolutely fantastic if you would do that. Can I put your name on the list as being the person to send offers for RFAs to?

Dwight Howard, Deron Williams and Chris Paul are still waiting for offers, they must all be sent in TODAY, and the decision as to where they are going will be made tomorrow.

I will get to you soon, I think I will handle tier 1.5 and 3, but I already have someone who wants to help with tier two. If that falls through I will contact you, thanks.

Is it possible to use Bird rights to resign a free agent frim your team and then use MLE to resign another free agent?

You can use bird rights to resign a player if that player accepts and you are eligible to use the MLE if your total salary is under the cap. You can go over to reisgn a player. So it is better to use the MLE first if possible.

Yes, as long as the MLE does not push you over the "hard cap." You also must make sure that you have Bird Rights on that player (details are in the first post). If you have questions after reading that you can email me.

BREAKING NEWS!!!

Chris Paul resigns with the Denver Nuggets..

Image

Paul will control the most diverse offense in the league, he has a shooter and an underrated post player beside him at SG in Richardson, an amazing playmaker and off ball slasher in Iggy at SF, a 7 footer with a money mid range jumper and a good post game in Kg at PF, and a true low post presence at C in Bogut. We will be a half court team that can also run (cp3 to iggy anyone?) when need be. Obviously our calling card is our tremendous defense. Paul and Iggy will terrorize opposing perimeter players and KG and Bogut will hold down the post.

Paul is happy to resign with a youngish team that will be able to contend for a long time.

Terms of the contract:
Paul: $16,000,000/$17,600,000/$19,200,000/$20,800,000/22,400,000

Last two years are $20,000,000. Confirmed, this team offered the best fit and the best core to put around Paul. It also was able to offer the best contract.
