Indiana have re-signed Steve Nash ($12m per year, 2 years), signed Jamal Crawford (MLE, 2 years) and Kevin Garnett ($15m per year, 3 years, 2nd year Player Option). Because of the order of the signings, I am now restricted to the hard cap of $79m.

ok, a bunch have guys have signed (opening post has been updated)

There are a few guys in deep negotiations and they will hopefully decide tonight

Other guys are most likely gonna wait till the morning at the earliest, If you have pending offers, and have not heard back from me, please resent (list in subject field PLEASE)

Tier 3 offers can start in the morning as well (I listed 7am EST but they can come anytime after midnight EST when I log off, lol)

But dont be afraid to resend pending offers, alot of people are offering on multiple people so I dont want anyone to be missed

also I will no longer try to keep people in the loop with offers, I will just say yes or no to offers, I am sick and tired of all the crying that offers came up and blew you offer out of the water. I am doing the best I can and have been telling EVERYONE that is offering where they stand. Obviously the more info you are giiven, the more you decide to bitch about. Send in your offer, I will not tell you how close you are I will just say "he accepts" or "no thanks" from her on out.

this will be my only rant, it's done and that is how the rest of FA will be handled

lol the balls on that guy huh? Word on the street is that you snapped on the kid when he was peacefully negotiating with you on a player (simply asking "is 500k less but playing for a contender helpful enough to beat the other teams offer") by telling him "you should try running the next game, and I'm not telling you anything anymore about free agents" ...out of nowhere...causing this dude to flip back out on you...especially after you already screwed him earlier today. I dunno...just what I heard.

Just wondering aren't you only allowed to offer player options on the final year of a deal, or only once in a contract agreement?

There can only be one player option in a contract, but it can come mid contract e.g. a player option for year 3 of a 4 year deal.

So for example, a guy signs:

Y1: $5m
Y2: $5m
Y3: $5m (player option)
Y4: $5m

Some people may list Y4 as a player option too though, as it effectively is the players choice whether he keeps in contract for the final 2 years. But the player doesn't get a second chance to opt out after year 3 if he's opted in to his player option.

Atlanta Hawks have signed...

Image

Spencer Hawes!

7.0M
7.2M
7.4M
7.6M (PO)

I feel like I'm copying Yitur a bit from last game with the Monroe/Hawes front court, but it fits so well. 11/8/3/1.5 in 27 MPG on 57 FG% is really the perfect fit with Monroe, and since he's stopped chucking up 3's, he's done much better in the league.
