The Timberwolves would like PJ Tucker to know we will be making an offer once in the next day or so.

The Memphis Grizzlies are reiterating the previous deals from the last free agency day just in case.

PF Terrence Jones: Bi-Annual Exception 3 yrs starting at 3.29 million P/O in the third year

The Grizzlies would like to reach out to the agent of Jones. Jones will be looking at an opportunity to start and be effective for the Grizzlies frontcourt via his abilities to be versatile on offense(inside and out), rebounding and shot blocking on defense. Being that this Grizzlies team is looking to improve the offensive ranking, having someone of Jones caliber would be a good asset to acquire.

SF/SG James Young: 2 yr deal worth 3.2 million

The Grizzlies will be taking a flyer on Young in this case. Young's time in Boston was inconsistent at best. With the Grizzlies, he will have the opportunity to work with Coach Fizdale to develop his skills set and become a better player with the team. With Parsons and his history of injuries, it's possible that Young will find minutes to play from off the bench.

That would suck but it would be ok. He knows he isn't my #1 priority.
Why rely on nuance, facts and logic when you can bludgeon the other side with mindless repetition of "Duuur McDaniel's has potential :tooth and still be treated as if you were reasonable.

Just a heads up, I'm going to extend Day 2 to 9:00 PM ET 06/08/2017 and just take over/auto-sim for teams that haven't been active to keep things realistic if we don't see any participation by tomorrow. The Warriors should be re-signing Durant/Curry by now for example.
Disclaimer: Trades I post shouldn't make you stressed or angry if you disagree. If you say it's unproductive because it won't happen and we're only allowed to post deals that actually happen, it takes away 99% of trades here and the fun out of the board.

The Warriors did put offers in for those two.. Technically they did it after day one but in day one's thread.. Might be why they weren't noticed..

Kevin Durant 1 and 1 Deal 31.2 million in order to keep some of our other free agents.
Steph Curry 5 yr deal starting 34 million max raises.

We are asking Curry the face of the franchise for a little discount in order to keep this team together and have the full MLE in order to add talent.

Not sure how those numbers work with the goal of keeping their other free agents.. It isn't really possible unless KD/Curry take massive discounts which just doesn't seem reasonable.

But he did put offers in..

They have much of a job as the Clippers do in managing the offers very carefully.

The New Orleans Pelicans offer Jrue Holiday a 5y/$100 contract with a player option for the 5th year.

The Clippers would like to renegotiate with the agent of Chris Paul and Blake Griffin for the purpose of acquiring more free agents to build around both stars for the sake of the future. The amount will be near-max deals for both players. The years for both players will remain at 5 years as they still mean a lot to the team and the city of Los Angeles.

CP3 5yrs worth 160 million (32 million a season)
BG 5yrs worth 140 million (28 million a season)

Also the Clippers would like to make offers for the following players:

PG Mario Chalmers 2yr deal worth 4 million with T/O in the second year.

Veteran combo guard with two championship rings. Has been in a winning environment. Who proved a valuable backup and spot starter on the floor when deem necessary. Although he's been out for a season due to his previous injury, the Clippers are aware that Chalmers has been working hard on his rehab and his looking forward to returning to the hardwood where he can put his talents to great use.

SG Gerald Henderson 3yr deal worth 12.9 million with P/O in the third year

Hendu adds more athleticism to the Clippers core as well as veteran experience. His ability to slash to the post and stretch out the offense can be a valuable asset to team on and off the floor.

The main goal of the new Pelicans GM is to get off his contract, the required return is very low.

Man that sucks. I am still happy with my team but I wouldn't have taken on so much long term money with Oladipo if Matthews was still available. Oh well. Oladipo is a good fit. I'll worry about the long term salary implications if the move doesn't work.
