Denver here, are you interested in Brandon Knight, TPE (more than $6.5 Mio) and 2018 GSW 2nd. With that tpe you wouldn´t raise your cap...

I´d like to talk about Marjanovic, Koufos, Hawes or Teletovic

Currently the Grizzlies are not interested in Brandon Knight at this time. Giving up Hawes will leave the team with a rookie center who needs time to develop him game. Thx for the interest.

Hey spearsy, how's your free agency going? You still in on the Favors deal? Just checking in.

I hate backing out of this on you, and I hate not getting favors, but after getting gallo I don't have the money to keep derrick in OKC after next season. I expected to miss on gallo and offer Joe ingles around 10 mil per, which would've given me some tax room to play with. Sorry man, I hope I didn't cause any diminished returns for you.

Damn, that's unfortunate. No worries. I will try to strike some other deal.

Not sure if you missed it in the other thread but do you have any interest in a Lou Williams for Al Aminu swap?

Not sure if the exception you have is large enough, but we're willing to ship you Ryan Anderson if it works.

Right now it looks like I am using my exception on Gasol.

No interest in trading Aminu for a guard.

How about Aminu for Ryan Anderson?

After my deal with OKC fell through because they signed a free agent they weren't expecting to sign, the Jazz are exploring trade options for:
-Derrick Favors for future assets and/or young talented players at cheap contracts and/or wing options
-Joel Bolomboy for capspace
-Trey Lyles for future assets or wing on a cheap/rookie contract

The Jazz would like to inquire if the Clippers are willing to do a sign and trade with the Jazz for JJ Redick:

UTA gets JJ Redick(at 3(2+1TO) years, 9M per year) + future first round pick
LAC gets Derrick Favors

The Jazz would like to explore similar sign and trade deal with the Warriors for Andre Iguodala:

Thanks for the generous offer. Iggy was in on the KD recruitment so we feel he should retire a warrior.

Have you made an offer to Iggy though? I cannot find it and if you don't he will go elsewhere. What if he picks the Jazz offer over yours, would you be willing to facilitate the S&T I mentioned above?

I wouldn't mind the deal with Favors. However, with the Clippers resigning Griffin and still got Jordan on the roster, Favors would have issues with minutes. And being a sixth man is probably not something he's interested in at this juncture. Plus the Clippers are well over the cap with both BG and the awaiting CP3 at this point. Thx for your interest.

No, i am willing to absorb Gasol without compensation. Otherwise I will go back to Minnesota for Aldrich.

Gasol for space, deal?

Let's do it. I'll PM sportscrazy now.

Just like in real life, the Warriors had to renounce Iggy in order to sign KD and Curry. And once the Warriors do that, AI can choose between the BAE or go to a new team. Dray+Klay+KD+Curry will equal over 98 million just the four of them.

Sorry, not my place nor really the thread.. just don't understand why so few are acknowledging that (here and most places)... Doesn't change much as the 4 will still be together though.

Spurs News

Spurs speak to Tony Parker and choose to stretch the final year of his contract. Tony is too important to this organization to trade. We will sign Tony to a veterans minimum contract if he is willing after we address other roster issues. Contract will be stretched over 3 years at $5,151,042 per year. He will still get all of his money.

Spurs will not match Dewayne Dedmon

I thought that too but it looks like we can. Cbafaq does not prohibit resigning the player under 65. Unless I missed it. It does say that the player is "free to sign with the team of his choice" after he clears waivers.

Wing and/or future assets and/or young talented player on rookie contract. For example the deal that fell through was Favors for Wright+Sabonis+future first.
