Ugh. Totally dropped the ball. Somehow I forgot about Tony Parker...

I'll be honest, I haven't really been following this draft so far.

Wanted to take in the first 15 picks all at once. I've got a ton of different options to explore here. I need to see what's best.

Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Okay, I've definitely settled on one of my picks. Still wavering a little bit on the second one.

And yeah, this is a different type of draft. Much shallower board than I think most of us are used to.

I should be ready to go once Snake picks unless he picks both of the players who I'm thinking about. Nice pick with Peja, he was definitely who I considered with my first two picks and most likely would have taken if you didn't. Although Detlef is a nice alternative--good all around game, could be #2 option

Was hoping to somehow land Peja and then detlef with my 1st 2 picks. It was close, I almost went with detlef first, but then flipped to Peja

I don't blame you, it's pretty close...I was wavering back and forth too so your decision did help a little!

That was a tough one. Decided I couldn't go wrong with the versatility and talent those 2 guys offered to me.

Well, you and CSF just took the top 3 guys on my list. Let's see if CSF can lock up the clean 4 man list sweep.

Well, at least I know I picked guys who were on others' radar. I had no idea how to play this draft.

At the end of the day I couldn't pass on the versatility. AK gives me nice playmaking, rim protection, defense, and KAT was simply the most talented guy on the foreign board IMO.

Pretty happy to get them and there's some built in flexibility in the selections too.

Yes, KAT was definitely the most talented player on the board internationally in my opinion. I just couldn't bring myself to go big early. I am currently deadlocked in my head between two players. I really hope CSF selects one of them to make my decision easier.

Tough decision as another player popped into my head, but I decided to stick with my original plan and go with Ibaka. Hope it works out!

Definitely superior players to Deng available, but I think wing defense is lacking in this pool, and so I had to pull the trigger. Especially alongside peja.
