I'm a big O fan, so it will influence my votes.

I'm interested to see how many folks select players from the 60s which is usually off the table for us in these drafts. That adds a very fun element.

Wouldn't be right for lack of three point shooting of past eras, especially for alltime great perimeter players, to diminish them.

Some people will judge against that aspect. And that is their right to do so. I will consider the context and the player in question. Oscar is a great pick.

There looks to be a relative lack of guards in this pool. Thought he was the best option.

I didn't think Giannis will be available in 6th spot. I was having a hard time deciding between Oscar and Erving, but turns out I ended up with Giannis.

Not sure yet how well suited this pool is for a Giannis team. We'll see

Pretty damn well I would say. Wing pool is a bit shallow though.

I sort of panicked and took Butler as I wanted Allen/PG13.

I wonder if, in hindsight, grabbing Klay/Allen was simply better due to scarcity.

I like Butler/Ray more than Klay/Ray.

Klay/Butler could have been something but I’m a huge fan of Milwaukee Ray so I personally would not have. Love the approach with those two guys.

Hmm. Given a certain player who is dropping, I'll ask:

How much does a bad current season weigh on your evaluaton of a player at his peak? Does it bias you at all?

Just sorta curious here.

He was questionable somewhat before anyways.... was never a fan tbh, I have only drafted him once. I also couldn't stand him in the olympics. Assuming we're talking about the same guy.

Yeah, I crash and burn with him usually. Made it to the finals with him once but I had a stupidly stacked team in that one. It was the slotted draft and I also had Paul George, Kevin Garnett, and a near 30 ppg point guard I won't name here.

Assuming it's who I'm thinking of, not at all. However, I've always had other questions about him and almost never draft him.
