Bosh, bynum, and williams for lebron, jose and round 11. You are getting the best player in the league.

I'm getting a top 3 player in the league depending on who is doing the voting. Find a way to turn Calderon into a big for me and I might consider it. I'm curious: do you plan to move smith to SF?

That would give you a lineup like this:

Nash
Ginobili
Butler
Smith/West
Biedrins/Okafor

You'd have lots of depth at PF and C (and could use that to your advantage in a future trade).
