With the 16th pick i select Larry Sanders
- Another player that evokes some pretty strong reactions on first glance, Larry Sanders may have helped himself as much as anyone just by showing up for this camp. Measuring 6-10 in shoes, with a freakish 7-6 ½ wingspan and a frame that should put on weight, Sanders probably would have been a first round pick solely based on upside had he decided to enter the draft this year. He’s also a pretty athletic guy, as he showed repeatedly by running the floor and going well out of his area for impressive rebounds on both ends of the floor. Defensively, he was an incredible presence at times, changing absolutely everything around the basket just by putting his arms in the air. He needs to do a better job not biting on pump-fakes, but his potential in this area is obviously considerable. Offensively, Sanders is extremely limited at this point in time, looking mechanical in his movements and showing a very low-skill level. He did attempt some mid-range jumpers, but doesn’t seem to have the greatest touch.

With the 17th pick in the NBA Draft, the New York Knicks select James Anderson. We believe Anderson, a 6'6 guard/forward, will fit perfectly into D'Antoni's system (especially with his shooting skills). He has a highly efficient offensive game (46% FG for his college career) is shoots 38.4% from beyond the arc.

Alright, I select Stanley Robinson. BPA and gives me some much needed depth in the front court.

Miami with the 20th pick in the draft select...

SG Willie Warren

Just too good a talent to pass on, this guy has all the potential in the world. He has taken a little step back this season after losing Blake, but he is an ideal 3rd guard that can play both positions and is a great defender (basically Stuckey with Ben Gordon's offense). Welcome to South Beach!

With the 25th pick in the NBA Draft, the New York Knicks select Gani Lawal. We feel Lawal's athletic ability, and 7'foot wingspan, will fit in nicely in the Knicks system. Our analysts have found his work ethic to be top notch and feel he will progress and become a consistent contributor alongside Nene, Jordan Hill, and whomever we sign via free agency.
