Well, it seems to work better ranking all teams based on how they did with what they had. Otherwise teams like UTA, LAC and OKC will dominate win future, and LAL, DAL and MIA will dominate win now, even if a team like PHX, CHA or DET did really well, but started so low that they can't compete with the big boys

I like the pt system for rankings first off. If it was stated how the rankings would have been done at the begginning of the game I would have built one of my teams a little different. I would make the categories rank the improvement of the team. 2nd category rank the teams currently.

I do want to comment on the ranking. I don't think the "win now" and "win later" rankings are a good idea, because it gives a huge advantage to teams with better situations at the beginning. I think how we have been doing it (rank all teams total how they did, with what they started with, then 2013 winner, 2018 winner)

What if we added a category for "most with the least"? That should even things out pretty well. Alternatively we can just do the ranking system from last game, that worked pretty well.

We are just going to stick to the timeline posted in the writeup thread. Trading is pretty much through, as is free agency so I think it is a good time to be done.

Alright, I will approve all trades posted before Wednesday at midnight (I have gotten a couple of emails asking for this), but your writeup must be posted on Thursday. I won't be able to approve trades until Thursday morning, but I will get them approved.

The new look Clippers:
PG: Curry/Harris
SG: Allen/James
SF: Iggy/Budinger
PF: Odom/Morris
C: Bogut

Harris, an all star point, is available for an upgrade at another position.

cp3 and pau might be available for a young superstar...willing to package these two for a young megastar....like KD or blake for instance.

PG-Darren Collison, AJ Price, Grevis Vasquez

Minnesota Timberwolves:

Jordan/Speights
Landry/Gibson/Turkoglu
Miles/AK47/Pietrus
Fields/Brewer/Belinelli
Lawson/Douglas/Cole

MIN 2013 1st
MEM 2013 1st (lotto protected 2013-2016)

Still listening to offers. Like my roster a lot, especially for the future, but lacking a true star. When Turkoglu and Pietrus come off the books, I should have a lot of cap space to sign or acquire a star caliber player (even if the game ends before that period, you get the idea).

Bucks:

C - Jordan Hill / Earl Barron / Solomon Alabi
PF - Perry Jones / Tobias Harris
SF - Paul George / C. J. Leslie / Quincy Pondexter
SG - Jeremy Lamb / Avery Bradley / Willie Warren
PG - Brandon Jennings / Ronnie Price

Any last minute trades? My payroll's only at 20M, so might be willing to take on some salary if I get some young talent in return. Everyone's available.

How rankings will work:
EDIT:
I've decided to change this up a bit for two reasons:
A) I don't want to total three different catagories
B) I looked at Roc's system from last game and like it.

All you have to do is rank teams that posted writeups on how well you think they did:
ex.
1. Toronto ( ;) )
2. Team X
etc.

Then pick
a) 2013 NBA champion
b) 2018 NBA champion
