If you'd like to do so, then you may. It's on a first come-first serve basis, so I'm going to say now that pending the 2008 draft taking an unnaturally long time to complete, noon tomorrow will be the first moment you may do so.

Oh, and Lebron has a special place in my rectum reserved specifically for him, so KGB might not be counted out just yet!

bringbackhoffa wrote:blackice it look like its me and u in the first round, ur going to wish u had never started the trash talk, looks like theres going to a first round exit by you, as all the trades in the world wont help you even be competitieve against me

Game1-136-94 (I'll take it easy on you the first game)
Game 2-148-102 (My team is pissed they didnt reach 150)
Game 3- 147-98 (Damn Deron Will. fouling Kobe on the inbounds so we couldnt get the 3 off to make it 150)
Game 4- 151-95(No defence on either side but we give u a royal a$$ kicking)

Hoffa in 4...btw this is not my writeup

Deron is going to enjoy abusing Nash, and although you have a loaded offense you've got a ton of really ball dominant guys and no defense outside of the wing spots.

Kobe who?

me against ss, seems fitting the two teams with the worst average draft pick position would face off.

Consider team chemistry, gameplan, match-ups on offense and defense, etc.

NOTE: When the trading period has ended, all rosters must be posted and complete on the rosters thread. A mod will be locking it at that point and anyone you do not have listed CANNOT BE USED in the game. Additionally, I will be penalizing you for inaccuracies on your rosters as far as personnel goes.

So, we're gonna have a three team final? :o

Perhaps make it two groups of 6, where everyone plays everyone and the top 4 of each group advances and then divide into brackets? Image

Right. I'm frightened of a guy that lives by Koalas...

And MK, the 3 team final worked pretty well in our last game.

Shawn Marion and Marcus Camby are on the block. Looking for a C/PF with range and at least above average defense.

It sucks losing Dirk, but the downgrade from Him to Boozer is well worth getting Caron Butler, Jason Richardson, and Greg Oden to Me.......

Jrich and Chandler on the block for a center upgrade.

Just a reminder, all roster moves must be completed Saturday by noon CST. Write-ups can be submitted as early as noon Saturday and as late as Tuesday at noon (3 days), followed by three days for the judges.

So what exactly is suppose to be in our write ups?

Why we think we would beat the other team?

Do we just write one overall or do we write one for each match up?

You will do one write-up per opponent. The write-ups will be similar in your offensive strategy most likely, but you may need to adjust for personnel.

Things to include might be: where you feel your team has an advantage (rebounding, floor spacing, transition D, whatever), how you plan to overcome perceived disadvantages (how do you contain their superstar?), general offensive and defensive strategy.

Basically you're juxtaposing the two teams in a match-up and explaining to myself and the other two judges why your team would come out on top.
