Things that need to be decided on in the next 10 days or so.

1. Rankings/system
- I think maybe it will be mandatory for you to rank all teams 1-29 excluding your own even if they do not have writeups posted. Maybe a penalty of dropping 3 spots in rankings if you didnt post a writeup.

if we go with the other system, that a lot more categories to rank teams for and people said that rankings 3 was bad enough, unless its outside judging with like 3 guys.

maybe we could do a poll kinda like how we do rank the players trade value in the TandT general thread. Create a poll and list peoples writeups and then everyone on the boards can rank it, once someone has a clear lead then start a new poll and add a new team by request.

eg. Who did the best job as GM
Poll
Atlanta
Denver
Chicago
Detroit

Voted:Detroit - would be anonymous
Nominate: Milwaukee to be added to the poll

I personally think that the three sets of rankings system is best although the way that you rank a team has to be clear. I know with mine my #2 best rebuild was ranked different by some people it was easy to see that some people just voted you good if you had all young guys no matter the talent while others voted on the talent level. This led to some people being ranked as high as 3 and as low as 23.

eg. Hes got a lot of young guys and that team he had was old and passed their prime ill give him a 3
vs
Uhhh hes destroyed the team and got a lot of young guys who arent going to do anything stellar in the NBA ill give him a 23.

2. Extensions/Free Agency, can players be traded after signed. Whos going to sign the players. The commish or an outside group of people.

Sorry guys, after the original few posts I took a Vacation thinking that the general consensus was to start after the playoffs. Looks like we're just about ready to rock. Great suggestions all around and I think this will definitely be an enjoyable run. I'm going to read through all the posts this afternoon and I guess i'll throw up the Roster/Trade/Discussion tonight or tomorrow.
