Atlanta accepts, get some bench depth and picks.

Boston accepts. Quite simply, whether I'm rebuilding or not I think that Wall is the better player for me moving forward. I've always liked Rondo's game quite a bit, but Wall gives me more scoring and keeps the game just as up-tempo. Bass and Lee also really weren't players that I planned on keeping and Korver, if I keep him, really fits in well with my starting lineup. I think I've gotten really good value in all three trades I've made and still have a lot of options as to what direction I can go.

Was hard for me to say yes, I like Lillard a lot but this offer was solid.

Orlando trades:
Victor Oladipo $4,763,760
Moe Hrkless $1,809,840
2014 pick (top 3 protected Orlando pick or if it lands in the top 3 I get Orlando's 2015 first unprotected)
Total: 6,573,600

Portland Trades:
Damian Lillard $3,202,920
Victor Claver $1,311,240
Total = 4,514,160 X 1.5 = 6,771,240

The salaries are within the range.

Your proposal didn't include the Claver addition to the trade.

Orlando Magic and Indiana Pacers.

Pacers OUT / Magic IN:

Ian Mahinmi: 4,000,000
Jeremy Lamb: 1,260,360
Orlando Johnson: 788,872
2015 First (UNP)

Total: 6,049,232 x 1.25 = 7,561,540 > greater then incoming.

Magic OUT / Pacers IN:

Aaron Afflalo: 7,500,000

Deal works.

Why? With the Heat reign done, were making a run for the chip. Afflalo is the best and most consistent 3 and D player in the NBA. Adding him to the bet defensive team in the league is a dream come true. After another deal is posted, soon, we should have the East locked up.

Wizards send:
NeNe - $13,000,000
Jan Vesely - $3,340,920
WAS 2014 2nd
= $16,340,920

Thunder sends:
Trevor Ariza - $7,727,280
Spencer Hawes - $6,500,000
= $14,227,280 * 1.25% = $17,784,100

Wizards do this deal to obtain a bit of wing depth as NeNe became expendable. We give up the best player in the deal, but the overall depth coupled with the salary relief makes this a win win for the both of us.

OKC takes this deal because we needed that man in the middle who's better than Perk and Hawes. It's al about winning right now for us here in LOUD CITY!

Trade 29

Wizards / Cavs announce Deal

Cleveland sends Earl Clark (4,250,000) and Will Barton (782,872) ($5,032,872)l to
Washington for Martell Webster ($5,150,000) and Al Harrington ($884,293) $6,034,293)

Both Teams under tax level after deal so salaries work.

Cleveland accepts - Like the production Martell brought now that he is past back injury - He's always been an outstanding shooter who brought good effort on both ends of the court. Can play SG/SF effectively. Al Harrington is the consumate professional who will offer quality minutes in the right situation and be a great influence on young talent. Great dealing Lakeshow.

Wizards accept. Martell wasn't in our long term plans so we traded him for equal talent, but talent on nonguaranteed deals.

Mavs gladly accept. Hard to see Dirk go, but he deserves another shot at a ring. Jose's long term deal is off the books, and we received a package of players we can work with going forward.
Great dealing with you. Good luck blazers and dirk!

Trade needs to be reposted with outgoing and incoming salaries for all teams, and then the math to show it works. Thanks.

Indiana Pacers and San Antonio Spurs:

Indiana OUT / San Antonio IN:

George Hill: 8,000,000
Reggie Jackson: 1,260,360
Lance Stephenson: 1,005,000
2016 First (IND)
2018 Second (IND)
3 million cash

Totals: 10,265,360 x 1.50 = 15,398,040 > Greater then the incoming salary

Pacer IN / Spurs OUT:

Tony Parker: 12,500,000
Nando DeColo: 1,133,950
Patty Mills: 1,463,000

Total: 15,096,950

Salaries Work (Within the 5 million rule, and Indy is under the LUX).

Why?

Some may argue this is a slight overpay, but, like many others, I beleive TP is a top PG in the league, and is still only 31 years old. He can lead a team, and fits in perfectly with our lock down defensive team. We are cementing ourselves as the best team in the East.

I'll post the Phoenix roster, and then I confirm this deal. Three solid prospects for one that's bound to be overpaid this summer.

Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers

Miami OUT / Indiana IN:

Chris "Birdman" Anderson - minimum contract

Indiana OUT / Miami IN:

2017 Second round pick (IND)

Why?
Birdman has shown he can still beast at times, and is a huge lift off the bench. He will back up Hibbert perfectly during our title run. Oddly dealing with the the team we thought we'd play in the Eastern conference finals, to get a critical peice. Good dealing.
