To appease Dr P's conscience, I actually did not have Eddie lined up this time around...

Any two of these guys would work great, but three is just overkill.

And yet...

I almost took Hill. Was very close but im a Clyde stand and haven't taken him since I've been back, it was time.

Yeah I thought for sure you’d take him.

Of course I assumed he’d be gone by then too.

Maybe I’m just more into Hill than others are.

I like Hill, certainly better than Pierce who was, at his best, around a top 10 player in the league while Hill was a top 5-ish player in the mid/late 1990s.

My biggest reason for not taking Hill is because he really is dynamic with the ball in his hands but I already have KG who is also optimized as a 1B/#2 type guy. I expect to get other players who are 1B/#2 type guys and feel like Hill wouldn't be maximized.

I thought Hill would have been great next to Robinson but Drexler really does a similar thing at a similar level.

Hill really isn't a good fit next to McGrady but Hill was probably a top 15 player in this draft so I dont knock you for taking him now when your next pick is pick #34.

Looking ahead I really should have taken Hill. It was a slight mistake and homer pick but I still love my big 2 and am optimistic about what I'll get ar my 3rd/4th

Eh. You’ve still got a better shot at winning this game than I do.

I was hoping Stockton would still there. Great pick. Dominique has been frowned upon before but I reckon he's among the best scorers ever. Great picks.

Fair warning, I'm probably not going to be around for most of the day so don't leave any picks with me. In fact, I'll probably have to leave a couple of lists myself.

You don't need a true point guard. That perimeter would be a tough match-up.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

I knew Sheed wasn’t getting past Fade.

He’s not quite Eddie Jones status but Fade does use him a lot.
