On edit, I think DC's clock was up about an hour ago but I'll give him some more time.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

I considered this pairing in first pick

As it played out, I think I'd have been in better shape at Ness' spot. Kobe/Draymond is a great duo and will go well with some of the better pairs left.

Up. I hope DCasey shows up soon.

All good sorry guys had a thing to do, DB your pick went through?

Damn Madness got the combo I wanted lol.

I'm picking at spot #1. My private message was whether you can wait for me before your third pick, so you can just go ahead and pick now your first two pairs.

Up.

I feel immediate regret not playing the draft board more there. There was a wing I really wanted here but leaving two starters still to be chosen that late in the draft felt like a dubious choice. Plus center isn’t the deepest in this pool.

Brunson rarely gets much love in these but I think it’s time he did.

Pablo Prigioni. A pick I'm regretting. Rushed it on my way out the door after screwing up the prior.

I had doubts about taking DRob/Brunson- I needed a defensive center for my build but felt point guards would drop.

Billups/Nash going in one pick does a lot to alleviate that.

My original plan was actually Luka with a certain French center- I was assuming Duncan/Brunson would be a pick.

Of course I really regret being the nice guy and waiting for Laimbeer to repick. I could hav me had Duncan/Brunson but didn’t want to skip him even though the rules certainly would have allowed it.

I had Ducan/Brunson too but I haven't drafted Manu yet so might as well.

Going full international this draft lol
