Is that cool with everyone?

Problem is, who will be responsible on writing his matchup explanations and such? I don't see a problem with helping him finish his team, but I do see a problem with one player responsible to write the write-ups for two teams. And if Laimbeer isn't available for that, I prefer we just keep his team unfinished

I say, let's skip him for now, and we can discuss this until the end of the draft, worst case - complete his team after everyone else is finished. But for me, the initial response is no point in doing this unless a tenth drafter wants to do it. Will wait for more opinions, but let's move on for now with other drafters

Thats Fair,

I was just going to let Chat GPT make the writeup for him honestly. So if we do finish out his team, we can just do that.

Ask Chat GPT how to play the offense against the opponent, then how to play the defense.

Not sure I'm a fan of the precedent so I think as I said earlier, we'll continue and review the idea again at the end of the draft, and upon more people expressing their opinion on this

I don’t personally like the idea of one drafter being in charge of multiple teams.

It gives one person more control over the draft board and bracket than others.

At this point just letting the team go unfinished seems like the best option. The four players he picked so far are out.

I don't think I'm going to win but I'm happy with the entertainment value of Payton/Mullin/Lebron/Kemp/Porzingis lineup.

Things settled more quickly then I thought so without objection I'll jump back in. Thanks folks.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Another draft where I absolutely love my team. Probably get knocked out first round.

You've picked Luka as a Laker before.

they need to play 50% of their games in the selected season in the eligible franchise

Since he played 28 of 50 games with the Lakers I'm ok with counting him here.

Yeah but the rules were worded differently

Is it?

5. Each round you'll select two players, each of whom from a different side of one of those franchise pairs (they need to play 50% of their games in the selected season in the eligible franchise):

It says 50% of their regular season games. I read that as 50 percent of the games they played.

He's eligible. Laimbeer validated with me before the pick
