I will offer Rick Carlisle 1 mil for assistant coach, and promote Adelman to head coach. Since he gets a 75% raise according to the rules, his salary would be 1.75 mil.

Adelman accepts coaching position but contract values are based on nearest half million, not quarter million, therefore his contract will be set at 2m.
