Milwaukee does this to get a young SG next to Jennings. It hurts losing our defensive anchor, but we have a bunch of centers anyway, and we get a pick and take a flyer on Mullens

you do not own that pick, it is a Phoenix 2010 1st. If both parties are ok with it being a 1st I will approve it. Please post if u accept that.

Yeah the pick isn't a big deal, I'm fine without it.

Phoenix Suns Trade:
SF - Adam Morrison - $5,257,229
C - Channing Frye - $2,000,000

Golden State Warriors Trade:
SF - Corey Maggette - $8,937,931

Following the arrival or Magliore and Andrew Bynum, despite having a career season, Channing Frye becomes expendable. The arrival of Maggette gives the Suns the ideal 6th man, a more reliable shooter than Barbosa and able to share minutes with the ageing Hill. Maggette is used to the uptempo system, and should be good for 20+ points when called upon.

Phoenix accepts this trade.

GSW cut Mikki Moore prior to the trade.

GSW accept. We like Frye, who give us some insurance in case Anthony Randolph is traded. We also get out of Maggette's long deal. We thing he would git in well with Phoenix and wish him luck.

Golden State and San Antonio have a trade to announce.

Golden State trades: Monta Ellis $11,000,000

San Antonio Trades: Tony Parker $12,600,000

Salaries obviously work.

GSW accept. We like bringing in a proven winner in Tony Parker. We think he can lead this team and help improve our rebuilding process. Monta is younger and a better scorer, but we like Parker coming in to lead our young guys.

The Wizards and Mavs announce a trade.

Wizards send:
Gilbert Arenas $16,192,079

Mavs send:
Jason Terry $9,075,000
Drew Gooden $4,500,000

The Wizards shed long-term salary and get a potential replacement for Jamison on an unguaranteed deal.

Spurs accept. Spurs are going through a moderate rebuilding process, replacing current pieces with younger players who still have alot of potential and room for growth. In Monta Ellis, we not only get a younger PG/SG but also get a better scorer and a good defensive minded player.

The Indiana Pacers and Philadelphia 76ers have a trade to announce.

The Indiana Pacers Trade:
PG T.J. Ford $8,500,000
SG Brandon Rush $1,934,160

The Philadelphia 76ers Get:
PG Louis Williams $4,972,500
SG Willie Green $3,682,000
PF Jason Smith $1,418,880
2012 1st Round Pick (Unprotected)
2010 2nd Round Pick

While the Pacers are sad to deal Brandon Rush away, we felt it was imperative to ship T.J. Ford off with his contract being more of a detriment on the way we were looking to take our team. We get two young, promising players, a wily veteran, and two potentially high picks.

for

Emeka Okafor

$5,048,000 + $1,947,240 + $959,111 + $959,111 = $8,913,462 x 1.25 + 100G = $11,241,828 > $10,797,500

We give up all our expiring contracts and a pick to get some front court depth. We also help New Orleans financially strapped team in the process by taking on this large contract.

LA accepts

NOH was going to waive Sean Marks/Bobby Brown/Ike Diogu who are all on minimum contracts. LAL was going to sign them but instead will accept them as a 2nd part of this deal with nothing going back to NOH in return as they are all min deals.

This keeps both our rosters within the required limits.

Phoenix does this trade to add a replacement Center to the roster who brings toughness and rebounds to the team. Dudley makes way for an incoming small forward in another trade, and the pick allows Phoenix to add some youth in the off-season.

Phoenix accepts

We really like Rush as our SG of the future. Willing to part with Lou to get this done, and we feel that we are buying low on TJ Ford who has proven he can start in this league. Nice dealing.

The Houston Rockets and Chicago Bulls have agreed upon a deal.

Houston sends Chase Budinger ($725,000), Carl Landry ($3,000,000), and Brian Cook ($3,500,000) in exchange for John Salmons ($6,429,151) and Taj Gibson ($1,039,800)

Deal Works. Bulls accept, I have a deep mancrush on Landry.

Accepted.

We like what we get in Salmons and Gibson.

Chase is nothing more than a jump shooter on a cheap deal, cook is a filler.
Landry is hard to move but, we feel this deal is to good to pass up.
Battier is now on the block.

The Orlando Magic and Utah Jazz have agreed to the following trade

The Magic will send

Marcin Gortat - 5,854,000

Mickael Pietrus- 5,300,000

JJ Redick - 2,839,408

True Total: 13,993,408 >13,537,940
Outgoing - -11,066,408 x 1.25 = 13833010 > 13,537,940

Utah Jazz will send

Carlos Boozer - 12,323,900

Kosta Koufos - 1,214,040

Total: 13,537,940

Deal works. We're excited to add Carlos Boozer to our team. We think we have the best 1-2 post option in the league and expect to compete for a championship for years to come.

Milwaukee Bucks Get:
SG Michael Redd $17,040,000
SG Kyle Weaver $870,968

This deal moves a plyaer in Troy Murphy who we feel is too much of a luxury for a player we feel are buying low on in Michael Redd, who will be a great fit next to Danny Granger and Roy Hibbert. The Pacers are also dealing Diener and Jones, who are third on their depth chart at their respective positions for a younger guard in Kyle Weaver.

Milwaukee accepts, we move Redd to make way for Harden, and save a bit of money while getting a big man who can pick and pop with Jennings. We also cut Fransisco Elson to make room.
