With the additional of Aldrich, Sacramento is looking to move M. Okur. Also, Sacramento is significantly below the cap and is willing to help any team looking to make some final moves to go after Lebron and Wade.

Dallas can help anyone looking to have cap room for 2010 free agency. Erick Dampier has a contract of over $13 million, but is is unguaranteed, so you can trade for him and subsequently cut him, not counting him against your cap. This can help reduce your salaries by over $16 million.

How will teams over the lux tax play out? Is there any real penalty or is it simply "factor it in when judging" (cause this never works...or at least for the most part...I feel especially in this current NBA, the lux tax is a big deal...FYI, if there are no penalties but simply factor it into your final voting...I will rank everyone accordingly by talent, then drop every team over the lux tax by 5 spots)

To just drop EVERY team over the lux tax by 5 spots makes no sense at all. More than just being over the lux tax has to be taken into consideration. Does the market/talent balance things out? If the answer is yes then no penalty would be required. If a team is in lux tax land and has either a meh team or are in a market that can't support high payroll then a penalty is called for. If the team is bad and in a crap market and over the lux tax... ouch.

Besides... I don't think we will be involved in ranking teams anyway as Mascot has mentioned getting judges for that purpose. Guess we will have to wait and see how things play out on that end.
