How about Jonny Flynn? I got him at #11 in our draft.

This draft class sucks

My Pistons had the 15th pick and I couldn't care less who they took. They will just be collecting ass splinters anyway.

I guess the Minn GM has been following my moves and drafted Nick Calathis and Henk Norel in the 2nd round just like me!

I'm waiting on about a dozen more rankings and then I'll post the draft order, also right now you're grading just on talent (payroll and such does not matter)

:( so many. Remind them to send you the e-mail i guess.

r0cd0gg, Daye will be good. I am still pissed off Joe D didn't drafted Mbah a Moute last year but now i am happy because he drafted the guy i wanted and he will kick ass. A 6'11" smart SF.

I could kick Daye's ass easy, dude makes Tay look like the Hulk.

He mos def will need to add some weight.

I expect a few players from this draft to do alright and a couple to perhaps do real well but the rest will suck.

He will add some weight but not that much, the kid is smarter, have long wingspan and a quick release, a sweet jump is a great shot blocker. In a couple of seasons if Detroit manages to get him to 210-215lbs he should be a great player for us. I think he will be much better than Earl Clark and in the meanwhile we have Summers to backup Tay. Joe did a great job this year, unlike last year.

I mean come on, we could have drafted Hansbrough ahahaha.

I am damn happy with Daye, the kid will be a great player :)

All i got to say is TAJ GIBSON, what a steal for me draft in the second round in this game, and a mid twenties pick in the draft, basicially taking the place of chase budinger'

Big tings happening

Sorry Gremz i just think Indiana pick is really laughable but unlike Detroit you guys did great last year, i mean come on Hibbert and Rush are fantastic picks. Sadly you guys totally wasted this year's pick :P

TH will do better than Daye in the NBA.

Anyways, let's keep this about the game.

So in the email it said we're just doing this for the draft order. I was hoping we'd go for the idea of making our own playoffs similar to how the all-time league tournaments work on the PC board. Basically after the 1-8 playoff seedings are set, each matchup is gone through with the two teams sides outlining their gameplan and matchups and then the rest voting on who wins. Then it runs like the regular playoffs through each round up to the finals
It's going to be a glorious day... I feel my luck could change

While this works fine with me, it's a fair amount of commitment, and some people might not be a fan of requiring such in-depth writeups.

Definitely not. That is in no way the purpose of this game.

IMO if a draft order has been determined that means the season has ended.

+1

make it the new salaries, if someone wanted to trade someone who was expiring then they should have done it before the draft, we all had lots of time.

You do realize that there is about a week in the NBA that teams can trade after the draft that still use the prior year's salaries?

Makes sense to have a small timeframe to allow us to do so.

July 1st is the date.

If we do have some time I would say it should only be for 3-4 days at best since this game's timeframe is way more condensed than an actual RL NBA season.
