It's no where near as entertaining as my Shawn Kemp offer.

I'm wondering how many teams are actually done with the Free Agency. I'm pretty close, only two spots remaining.

Is Kemp's duty on the team to do all the drugs so your rotational players don't?

If I am allowed to, I'd like to push my Haywood bid to $3.25m if possible, if not i can only use $3m.

It's already been discussed that you cannot.

Ronny Turiaf: 1mill
Since others have done it, I'll rescind this offer, due to salary implications.

People only rescind the offer when

A. a trade occurs, causing a team to be at the roster limit, making adding him to the roster illegal.

B. A trade occurs that eats up enough of a player's cap space, that the previous legal offer becomes illegal.

C. The offer immediately puts the player over the cap, causing the move to be illegal.

If your reason to rescind doesn't fall into one of these, you are not allowed to rescind it.

I'm no judge, but that's how I see it.

I agree, but people went crazy with it beyond the point of my willingness to clean up the mess. To those of you that are playing the game correctly-- I appreciate it. And please see the special note thread.
