Excellent.
I'll get my roster and direction hammered out before the evening is out.

Re: GM a Team 2010
I posted a guideline for how I would like roster pages to look in order to make it easier for everyone.
It is not mandatory but would be helpful.

Read what is after the Teams/GMs list...
Thank You

Re: GM a Team 2010
Are we using the real life team salary figures?:
Salary Cap: $57.700,000
Minimum Salaries: $43,275,000
Luxury Tax Threshhold: $69,920,000

Let's round it out to make it simple...
Salary Cap: $58.000,000
Minimum Salaries: $43,000,000
Luxury Tax Threshhold: $70,000,000
You can go below minimum in the off season.

Booz update...
4 for 0 against
you have until 4:00pm EST to vote on whether or not he gets a team.
and
Booz if 4pm rolls around and the vote is in your favor you can go ahead and post Miami roster in the roster thread.

Re: GM a Team 2010
I am also going to have to vote against.
Its truly nothing personal.
In the other thing we were in he basically decided it wasn't what he thought it was going to be, decided he didn't even want to do it, and ignored all attempts to get his attention because he didn't want to do it.

Re: GM a Team 2010
Thanks for the guys who voted for me.
I just dont understand, why is my drop out on the other game LINKED at this GM Game? I DONT CLEARLY UNDERSTAND THAT.
It was my 1st time doing that, and if you ever know HoopsHype and its forum, I'm the dude who runs the GM Game there, I know this game by heart.
I just don't understand why my Build DYnasty dropout/incident is connected with my performance here, I'm proven at GM Games, and if it wasnt for my PC screwing up, I could have finished last time, I had a solid team back then with Arenas, Ray Allen, Tayshaun, West and Dalembert, that shows my commitment.
So anyways, we'll see what happens, no hard feelings from me, I just want in badly, and I won't screw up. I know this by heart.

Re: GM a Team 2010
It is a combination of things IMO()besides the fact you are sporting my most hated player
). We want peeps who will be in for the long haul, as well as answer emails or thread questions directed there way.
I would have let you in instantly if not for the whole not replying to anyone in the other game. I am willing to give you a chance here but feel it is my duty to let all those in the game make that call.
If you get in, and I am pretty sure you will, I expect every email and every thread question to be replied to in a timely manner just like I expect it from everyone who will take part. It would have been no issue in your other game if you just answered back instead of ignoring and hoping it would just go away or something.
This goes for not just you but for everyone...
If you are having computer problems, go somewhere you can get online and email me ASAP so I can let all the other GMs know what is up.
If you will be away for a few days and won't be able to get online, let everyone know when you will be leaving and how long before you will return.
If everyone follows these simple guidelines it should help derail an possible frustrations.

NTIM but that team was just loaded with bad/questionable contracts with West, Tay, Allen(2010 expiring) being the only exceptions. I am not talking about just Arenas and Daly, I am talking about the whole bench. The overall team salary was exorbitant IMO.
Then again who knows what you may have been able to pull off if your computer didn't crap out.
