Someone actually vetoed that?

Probably someone who couldn't land one of those players himself..

I did this trade since I wasn't going to sign anyone, but I needed to get over the minimum salary requirements.

Dallas accept the deal. We have a few young bigs here, so losing one isn't a concern. And i was a little worries about my lack of picks in the 2010 Draft so this helps remove some future concern.

Charlotte and Cleveland have a trade to announce

Charlotte Out
Darko Milicic $7,540,000
Alando Tucker $1,071,720
Goran Dragic $1,836,000
Salary Out = 10,447,720

Cleveland Out
Matt Harpring $6,500,000
Anthony Roberson $855,189
Rob Kurz $736,420
Darnell Jackson $736,420
Cleveland 2013 First Round Pick
Salary Out = 8,828,029 x 1.25 = 11,035,036>10,447,720 so it works

Charlotte accepts. We realized Dragic has no place on our team so we wanted to move and his additional years on his contract. Also, we were going to release Tucker to get down to our roster limits so his loss won't hurt us; and we had no long-term plans to keep darko on our team. The main reason that we did this trade was for the 1st rounder. It's so far into the future that it could end up being fairly high. We feel that our team should be very good by 2013 through a few free agent signings and development of our young players, and an asset like a 1st rounder could come in handy to help us make a big trade in the future

Just confirming the maths

Milwaukee Outgoing- $22,141,518
Milwaukee Incoming- $27,210,198

$22,141,518 x 1.25 + 100,000 = $27,776,898 > $27,210,198

Denver Outgoing- $21,330,300
Denver Incoming- $22,141,518

That math obviously works

Dallas Outgoing- $11,210,198
Dallas Incoming- $5,330,300

Less coming in than going out.

Dallas accepts. With no dive into the FA we're looking to set ourselves up for next year, and we don't feel that Tyrus in the long term answer here. We get a good pick, a great young Center and a solid role player on a decent long term deal.

The Pacers and Raptors have agreed to a trade.

The Pacers trade:
2010 First Round Pick
Josh Smith - $10,800,000

The Raptors trade:
Chris Bosh - $14,410,581

I am under the cap to accept extra salary.

The Pacers accept, we realize the risk of Bosh leaving, but we are confident that we have put a team around him that he would want to stay with. We feel a Granger/Bosh combination would make us contenders.

RaPtors accept

Bosh isn't happy here so why keep him? Bosh can also leave in the summer and since he complains too much, we want him gone. Smith is a nice fit with Bargnani and will be great in our fast paced offense.

Nuggets happily accept the deal. Randolph was/is/always will be a cancer. Eddy Curry's just a fun loving guy who will allow us to compete at the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Competition. Also, Jamison fills out our starting lineup with speed, offense and defense

there was a veto for the bosh/smith trade, but with the real threat of bosh skipping town at the end of the season, getting a 1st rnd pick and a young star like smith thats locked into a good long term deal is not veto worthy.

Charlotte accepts, with Rubio on my team bayless was expendable; we wanted aldrich and we think he'll be a good fit for our team.

Toronto hasn't accepted, or if he did I can't find it; so I withdraw my trade with Toronto.

Magic Accept. We're excited to add Turkoglu back to our team! Turk will solidify our second unit and give us more shooters to place next to Dwight!

I don't think it would work for Orlando as Hedo would be a BYC player, unless they're under the cap. Ditto for sacremento.
