Nice one jake! Just give Thornton to the rockets new gm. He didn't have much to work with we he took over. Has anyone ever got a trade proposal from the nuggets gm? Has he even made a deal since he took over?

Looking back, deal 121 is a huge epic blockbuster involving OKC shuffling like 20 pieces and sending Lebron to OKC. Nothing to do with Indiana, however in trade 112, LA sent Indiana Marcus Thornton in a package around Lawson/Gallo, and it doesn't seem he's moved since.

As a result Indiana must forfeit its next five 1st round picks and have its salary cap limited to $4M and the franchise must forfeit all records ever.

We'll make Thornton a free agent and make Indiana forfeit your 2014 1st round pick for inadequate bookkeeping (because it did lead to illegal signings, you shouldn't have had cap space to sign some players- it's only fair).

Thornton would be a tier 3 or 4 free agent, so bidding starts at $2.5M. GO

So Marcus Thornton is a FA? No b.s?

So are we back on track for the schedule on page 1? I think 5 more days of trading is more than enough, so the 12th being the deadline is perfect.

5 more days?....ugh

Bout ready to shut it down, my Philly team is g2g, Clippers still workin' on em but gotta be real, this gmat has kinda run its course for me.

Guys still active/ trading etc but it's basically the usual suspects/teams circulating players, most the other gm's activity has been minimal at best BUT by all means if we gonna keep goin 5 more days (hopefully not business days) the Clippers are still open for business.

Not a diss, just stating what I think the consensus is from convo's w/ other gm's.

Yeah nothing happening for me at the mo. I've had a few offers in the past couple of days, but they've all been from both of you and GhostX.

Agreed. I am ready to wrap this up... All the illegal signings have been a total buzzkill.

SG: Coby White / Kon Knueppel / Sion James
SF: Keegan Murray / Tristan da Silva / M.Peavy
PF: Matas Buzelis / Noah Clowney / C.Martin
C: Evan Mobley / Quentin Post / Luka Garza

should we wrap up the trading a day or two sooner then? i wouldnt have any complaints. there seems to only be about 6 or 7 gms that are still willing do decent sized deals the rest are done/happy/just moving end of bench players

I wouldn't be opposed to ending this game sooner. New Orleans is done minus a minor move or two. New York probably needs another couple of moves, but still moving pieces around.

I would still like till tuesday at least to finish my trades. I still have a few things I need to get in order.
I email a lot of teams and there are still at least 10 or more active guys.

---
And with my alleged illegal signing I can settle it now.

So my situation was:
Signed Mo Williams and Harris and afterwards was still about 2-3 mil under the cap of 60mil.
Then I signed Dalembert for the full MLE- 5mil per year, 4 years.

If it is illegal I can relinquish him to make it right.

Minnesota

Steve Nash/Ramon Sessions/Randy Foye
JR Smith/Rudy Fernandez/Jimmer Fredette/Jodie Meeks
Rudy Gay/James Jones
Kevin Love/Tyler Hansbrough
Anderson Varejao/Bismack Biyombo/Gorgui Dieng

Would like to move any of my pg's/sg's minus Nash for a sf or pf to even out the roster. 2 for 1 deals possible and can take on more salary, really need to get rid of some shooting guards for pf/sf

theres quite a few other teams that are better than u karm if you dont get a few more quality players to surround the big 3, like 6 of those guys arent even in the league.

First off, that's your opinion. Secondly, it's based on what you started with to what you ended with but that's an argument for another time. And all of my guys have been in the league.

Yes, Dalembert signing is illegal. He is a FA.

At most I can move the deadline back one day. I am mostly booked this weekend and will pretty much only be available intermittently other than late at night. I won't be MIA or anything, just don't have huge chunks of time to be online. Sunday night deadline, and scrap the playoffs- top ranked team wins the championship pretty much every time anyway and move along with the write-ups and GM rankings. Sound good for everyone? Anyone opposed to 24 hours of less trading can email me.

Ok, I'll erase him from my roster.

Yeah, I'd like to end this trading season a little earlier.

At this point, I don't see me trading too many players. Obviously, I'm not the best team, but I'm not sure I could do much better at this point.
