I realized it was useless a bit after I posted it since as you said it would have to be a S&T. I was just too lazy to go back and change it.

It will be a bit before we can start trading/signing free agents though.

You can't. We're already using 2010-11 salaries.

Cleveland is listening to offers for the following players:

Kevin Garnett
Joe Johnson (S&T)
Hedo Turkoglu
Jason Maxiell
Mike Bibby
Tyrus Thomas (S&T)
Antonio McDyess
CJ Miles

Looking for some young up-and-comers, no matter the position.

Considering Thabo's cap hold is 300% of the QO... aka around $11mil cap hold ATM.

And btw I believe your information is incorrect. I believe it's 300% of the previous salary not the QO.

It is 300% of previous salary, I was half out of it that early in my day. I should have edited/deleted but as I already mentioned earlier I was too damn lazy, my bad, sorry man.

No prob, it was scaring the heck outta me, so I made sure to check. I think I may have to give up Sefolosha even though I was dead set on keeping him just because of the amount of the cap hold anyways.

You can't.

Once a QO is extended you can only make an offer to keep or S&T him, wait for another team to make an offer and match/not match it, or end up with the player taking the QO like Ben Gordon did last year.

You can rescind a QO...

Orlando did it a few years back with Darko before signing Rashard Lewis...

up to a certain date in july i think. so it's going to be tough to figure out a date in this game, so i'd say you shouldn't be allowed to. if you made it, then there's really no reason to rescind it.
