Here's how this will go this round.
-2 weeks trading
-5-poster panel decides draft order
-2 days draft - 1 hour per pick
-5 days of FA
-1 week trading
-1 week for writeups
Commissioner (that's me) gets all of the veto power, like a president, but you are welcome to e-mail me with your concerns. Trades must be accepted, and then they go through a 24 hour veto window before getting through.
Here's how you sign up:
-Give me your e-mail and preferably AIM/MSN/Yahoo! also.
-Give me your top 3 choices for a team. 1st team gets 3 ping pong balls,, 2nd team gets 2, and 3rd team gets 1. Teams are selected via lotto. Exceptions are bness and rocdogg, who, for services rendered as previous commissioners, get the Chicago Bulls and the Los Angeles Clippers this round automatically. sterncohen, Booz, and Crispy receive double the ping pong balls.
So without further ado, signups are now open.
