When the clock starts, yes. Since not all rosters are updated, I want to hold off until the draft starts.

I got Phoenix's 2012 1st. I'll use that and Boston's 2011 1st to move up the draft.

With the first pick in the GM-a-Team:Super Sexy Edition draft, The Minnesota Timberwolves select...:Kyrie Irving, PG, Duke

The clear cut #1 to most. Irving has all the tools to be a franchise PG...Size, shooting, playmaking, defense, leadership....but will he stay with the Timberwolves with them already having Brandon Jennings on the roster and soon to be stud Ricky Rubio coming this offseason!?

per why22's list, the Cavs select Perry Jones.
With the 3rd pick in the GM-a-Team: Super Sexy Edition draft, the Phoenix Suns are pleased to select. . . Jared Sullinger!

The clear cut #3 to most. Sullinger has all the tools to be a franchise PF...Size, shooting, post play, athleticism, leadership....but will he stay with the Suns with them already having Andrea Bargnani on the roster and soon to be stud J.J. Hickson coming off the bench!?

Due to a corrupt and unnesscary lottery system, the Bobcats have been forced to select fourth. I'd just like to ramble for a minute here and say that holding a "draft lottery" in this game is laughable, unless held live over like some webcam or something to multiple witnesses. Of course Miller did not fix this, but it easily could be. The whole reason for a draft lottery isn't for fantasy seasons, because in fantasy seasons, we assume that the team plays as hard as they can, up to their ability. Therefore, "tanking" as in benching your starters and starting Matt Bonner next to Brian Scalabrine isn't a option. In this game, if a team wants to rebuild and trades away its pieces, thats its punishment, it is getting worse. So to hold a lottery to prevent that is unnesscary at best and plain stupid at worst.
With that, the Bobcats select Derrick Williams from Arizona, but will he stay with..... wait yeah he's probably staying.

You can either call him out or not. Make a choice.

You know what "corrupt" implies? It means that I'm messing with the lottery for my own personal gain. What the **** would I gain from holding a lottery? What do I care ultimately for myself who picks where? If I was out for #1, I'd have quit this job a while back, but I've powered through because I promised to be the commissioner and I'll do everything I can to finish that out to the best of my ability. What I don't appreciate is groundless accusations and people calling me corrupt, laughable, and stupid and going on tirades when the smallest thing doesn't go their way. You want to get rid of the lottery? YOU can be commish next time and get rid of the lottery. You can also suggest it ahead of time. I have a feeling though, that if you won the #1 pick, you wouldn't complain about the lottery at all.

With the 7th pick in the draft the Warriros select Alec Burks, SG, from Colorado. Our weakest spot on the team is at the 2 guard and we feel Burks is the best SG in this draft class and has a ton of potential. He will have the opprotunity to be the starting SG on a very talented, veteran team heading into next year.

At #8, Washington is pleasantly surprised to still be able to select Jonas Valanciunas, thus maintaining my record of winding up with a Lithuanian big man every time we play this game.
