The Detroit Pistons extend the Qualifying Offer to Devin Ebanks ($854,389) and exercise the team options on Kyle Singler ($525,400). All other (FA) interests are waived and cap holds released.
(Ben Wallace, Randy Foye and Ian Mahinmi - all expiring UFAs).

Full FA list is now posted. IF you see any missing names or names that should not be there please post in this thread so I can fix the list.

Tier 1 FA starts at 8pm EST so if you are bidding on a Tier 1 UFA or RFA please email respective agent.

I am looking for 3 GMs that would like to be on Tier 2 FA committee. Let me know if you are interested.

As per rules listed in Sign Up thread...

Salary Cap = $62mil
Hard Cap = $100mil

as for MLE and BAE I am not sure how those numbers change with the salary. IF everyone wants we can assume 10% for MLE and go with $6.2mil and make the BAE at a flat $2mil

DON"t forget people that if you used your BAE last season then it will no longer be available to you this season.

Clippers waive the ungauranteed contract of Derrick Brown (MJ has it listed as Walker, but it's Brown), and decline the team option of Kurt Thomas putting the Clippers far enough under the cap to offer a max contract.

Tier 2 Free Agents will have a 5 man panel - Please Read

NW7, Koponen, Warriorfan, why22, mtamasi

they will be excepting offers for all UFAs, If they themselves are bidding on one of the tier 2 FAs then they will not be involved in that players decision. Please make sure any offers you send have the player name in subject header so they can organize easier.

SamBone will be accepting offers for tier 2, 3, 4 RFAs. Same rules apply.

Make sure to post not just the 1st year salary offered but the salary for each year that you are offering as well as the total amount.

They are doing a job that many did not want so please do not make it any harder for them than it needs to be.

Tier 2 will open for business at 4pm EST. Make sure to send offers to all of the respective GMs that will be on the panel and not just one of them.

IF they are going after a Tier 2 guy then they will have to list in this thread ASAP with their intentions so that offers for that player only go to the other GMs on the panel.

Tier 3 and tier 4 RFAs will also open at 4pm EST so that GMs don't have problems with cap holds blocking them from acquiring a more expensive tier 2 player. All tier 3 and tier 4 RFA offers must be sent to SamBone and all requirements must be met.

Good Luck and Huge thanks for helping out guys!

this takes me out for Kaman offers as well.

Also, Houston will be making offers to Kevin Garnett and Tim Duncan as well so direct offers to one of the other guys.

So for tier 2 guys, we just send an offer to any of the 5 people that are taking offers for them? Does it matter who we send them to?

For Tier two RFA and FA send the offer to all five GMs listed and once all the offers are in a timely fashion the majority of the panelists will pick the team that gets that player
