Carroll makes 762,195 according to hoopshype. He was signed by Atlanta to a one year deal, and he's like a two year veteran, so I figure that's correct. Where did you get that figure? Either way, both should work under the 150% rule. We'll follow your offici ruling.

And yeah, the included cash was just for me to buy him out, since a straight Turiaf for Koufos wouldn't work. It wasn't for salaries purposes.

Blatche is so underrated on realgm. He has good size (6'11) is still fairly young (25) and averaged 17/8 last year, including 24/10 in April. Some people say this guy is overpaid, but he is on a reasonable deal for his talent.
