Unlike the past few games, I want to get back to having a list of who has the players RFA rites so we know who to notify when an offer sheet is signed.

REMEMBER, YOU ONLY HAVE 12 HOURS FROM THE TIME THE OFFER SHEET IS POSTED TO MATCH (OR WORK OUT A S&T WITH THAT TEAM)

RFAs that sign an offer sheet will also be given a 7 day NO TRADE CLAUSE (to the hour from posted offer sheet). If the offer sheet is matched, The no trade will start at the time the team "matched" the offer. If you extend your own RFA without him signing an offer sheet, he can be traded at any time. (hint, dont wait on the offer sheet, make your own offer)

LA CLIPS EXTEND QUALIFYING Offer to Landry Fields, Micheal Beasley and Kosta Koufus making them RFA.

Cleveland Cavaliers extend the following Qualifying Offers:

Cavaliers also pick up the 2012/2013 Team Option for Gerald Henderson.

Milwaukee Bucks has no RFA's in this off season.

Minnesota extends the QO to Brandon Rush.

San Antonio extends the QO to O.J. Mayo, Anthony Randolph, and Daniel Green.

New Orleans extends QO to Eric Gordon.

Bostons extends QO to Jeremy Lin and George Hill

Indiana will extend the Q.O. to Roy Hibbert, making him a Restricted Free Agent.

We're also going to re-sign him regardless so you may as well not waste your time bidding

EDIT: We also waive Sebastian Telfair (taking his 550k cap hit) making him an UFA, and we fully guarantee Lance Stephenson's next season.

remember that Lin has no Bird Rites (or early bird rites) so you need cap or to use your MLE to match an offer shhet

MLE, MLE + increase is his max for the 1st 2 years of a offer, then year 3 cann go as high as the $15mil max. but the average salary is how much cap is needed to give him an offer wiith HUGE year 3 boost

Chicago extends the qualifying offer to Omer Asik.

Also, we decline the team option for T. Williams making him an UFA.

Atlanta extends QO to Ivan Johnson (i dont see him on the list tho)

The Charlotte Bobcats will waive the partial guaranteed contract of G/F Martell Webster and take the $600,000 cap hit.

We wish Martell good luck in the future and hopes he gets that max contract he seeks from another team.

Portland renounce the rights to Speights and Chris Johnson making them UFA.

The New Jersey Nets extend qualifying offers to Nicolai Batum and Ryan Anderson.
Nets will also retain the Bird Rights on UFA Ian Mahinmi.

Toronto extends the qualifying offer to Darrell Arthur, and declines the team option on Solomon Alabi, making him an unrestricted free agent.
