I've been thinking I'd like to get one of these games in this year, but I just keep getting crushed by more and more work. If we looked at something starting after this week sometime I'd be interested (obviously not next week due to the holiday). Still remember my decades team using Connie Hawkins, Larry Bird, and Vince Carter and actually getting far. (And Lanier)

^Don't remind me about that.

I STILL remember losing to that team despite having Walton/Kobe with a strong supporting cast....

I'm always down for one of these games provided there is sufficient interest.

^That era stipulation is not a feature of all of these drafts, it was a twist implemented in this specific game.

This, and I loved the stipulation back then. It forced me to do more research than normal and learn about some new guys (primarily Connie Hawkins)

Also, just went back and looked at that. Kobe, Walton, McHale was pretty tough. Going to have to read the write-ups and see how I did that with.

Yeah, the decades thing was actually one of my favorite twists we ever had in these games because it really changed the value of different players and added a whole other strategic element to these games.

I enjoyed the challenge the decades stipulation provided, I had to change the direction of my team so often that it was impossible to get a game plan together.
