No. They increases need to a minimum of $50,000 more. Also, only one year deals are being allowed.

T-Mac will be an excellent addition to this team, as a veteran presence, who once had a skillset quite similar to our lead superstar. Also fills a need as the 3 and a secondary ball handler if necessary. Also it's the number 1 place for him to finally chase a ring.
