WIS 3yr ATGMaT Dynasty Draft: Season #1 Draft Over!

WIS DRAFT/ RULES
*Due to Pistons not having a GM, I will be GM'ing them until a replacement signs up HOWEVER, I AM PROHIBITED FROM TRADING AMONGST ANY LEAGUE CONTROLLED FRANCHISE UNTIL TEAM(S) HAS A GM.
Draft To Begin: Thursday 12pm EST
There will be a 4hr RUNNING CLOCK TIME LIMIT RD's 1-8/ 2hr RUNNING CLOCK RD's 9-12
DRAFT TIME CHANGE! CLOCK WILL RUN FROM 8AM-12AM 2HR TIME LIMIT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!
If you are unable to make your selection please pm/ email a Commissioner (WillyJakkz or spree8) and send them a list of no more than 2 players, this way you will keep on top of the draft and what's going on.
You may also pm/ email the team who selects after you in an effort to make sure you get your desired player.
IF YOU MISS YOUR PICK MORE THAN TWiCE YOU WILL BE AUTOPICKED A PLAYER BASED ON POSITIONAL NEED THE LOWEST RANKED PLAYER FROM THE ELO FAN RATINGS LIST STARTING FROM 240, 239, etc as a way of not being rewarded with BPA for missing a pick but also not severely penalized by receiving a player at the bottom of the list (560) and though this list is not accurate, it is a decent assessment of talent. League also reserves the right based on activity to take over team/ have participating GM serve as replacement GM.
The Draft will be a FANTASY DRAFT (ABBB...) where you select a 12 man roster consisting of ANY PLAYER FROM ANY ERA YOU SO CHOOSE (sans 2013 rookies) where you will also state THE SEASON WHICH YOU ARE SELECTING OF DRAFTED PLAYER'S CAREER.
The reason (which is the catch hence 3yr Dynasty Game) is because AT THE END OF EACH SEASON/ BEGINNING OF FOLLOWING SEASON, said player (which will manually be redone by GM) will have to CHANGE the year of each chosen player to the following yr which may show player growth/ improvement, continuance of performance, or a decline in player skill.
Ex: Season 1 LeBron James ('08-'09) Season 2 LeBron James ('09-'10) Season 3 LeBron James ('10-'11) which MUST BE DONE FOR EVERY PLAYER (which will be labeled during draft and on roster page).
*Note: If selected yr of player is 2012-13 player will continue to perform at '12-'13 level in the following year(s) since database only goes to 2012-13.
Ex: Season 1 James Harden ('12-'13) Season 2 James Harden ('12-'13) Season 3 James Harden ('12-'13)
NOTE: PLAYER DATABASE GOES BACK TO 1951-1952 SEASON FOR START OF PLAYER'S CAREER
