Whenever there are enough teams to start playing. So once roughly 27 or 28 people have signed up? We need at least six or seven more GMs.

Read through the rules, but ultimately you are the gm of the team and make trades, draft players and sign players. Does that make sense?

Can you pin the new roster thread to the top and unpin the old roster thread.

I can't do that, we need a mod to do that.

Who is running Free Agency?

It makes a difference if I'm going to go that route or not....

Thanks.

I do not believe they can because of the CBA where you have to have a draft pick every 2nd year at least. Draft picks go to 2018

The rules say that we can trade up to 4 years in the future.
11a.) You may only trade picks four years in advance, so 2019 max. We are playing until - to be decided

And you can trade back to back 1st rounders.
11b.) There are no restrictions on picks traded.

Where do I send a trade for approval? The Wizards and Mavericks have reached a deal pending league approval.

Question: Do trades made in this game create TPE's that can be used in future deals?

I believe 2014 + 4 is 2018, so only 2018 picks are in play. Nothing after that.
