Mirza Teletovic: 3,229,050 / 3,368,100
Luke Ridnour: 4,320,000
Totals = $28,938,003 * 1.25 = $36,172,500
Kings in/Wizards out:
Arron Afflalo: 7,362,500 / 7,362,500 / 7,362,500
Lance Stephenson: 930,000
Tiago Splitter: 10,000,000 / 9,500,000 / 8,500,000 / 8,250,000

Jeremy Lin: 8,374,646 / 8,374,646
Totals = $30,524,186 * 1.25 = $38,155,232
Wizards stay within 125% of their traded salary. Kings stay within 125% of their traded salary.
Wizards accept.. Carmelo is a top player in the league and will help us win games now. Teletovic will stretch the floor, Ridnour is an expiring and a valuable backup PG. Plus, Wizards dump a lot of future guaranteed money in an effort to re-sign Carmelo long-term after the season.
**Note: Kings GM has not updated his/her roster yet.

9,558,440 * 1.5 (neither tax is a tax team) = 14,337,660 so its legal.
Mavericks Accept
Paul Millsap is a terrific player, but let's face it this team was ranked worst in the league so we need a rebuild. Henson is the main prize here, but KCP is a prospect we believe will help down the road. Wright is young enough to be part of the future as well. Good Dealing Washington. Mavericks Roster has been updated to reflect these changes.
Wizards accept. Paul Millsap is a piece for a win now team, which I am trying to put together.

Bismack Biyombo – $3,049,920
2015 LAL 1st

for
Terrence Ross – $2,678,640
John Henson – $1,905,360
Jeff Ayres – $1,750,000
Total = $6,334,000
Lakers do this to get two up-and-comers with longer rookie-scale contracts. Ross and Henson join Marshall and McLemore as my core. Good dealing!
Mavericks Agree.
We see Harris as the best player in the deal, we love getting a young defensive-minded big, and now we have a young veteran PG to help our young team. Plus yet another pick to our stockpile. We love picks. Koponen was terrific to deal with. Good dealing.
Mavericks Roster is up to date reflecting this deal.

We love Faried and his game. He's a great match with Drummond going forward. The unprotected first is icing on the cake. Hate to see Wes go. Great dealing Timmay!

New York Knicks / Memphis Grizzlies trade
New York trades Hibbert (14,283,844) , Jeremy Tyler(556,584), 2015 top 8 protected 1st rounder, 2016 1st rounder (if 2015 is not conveyed) (Total: $14,840,428)

Memphis for Kemba Walker (2,568,360) , John Salmons (7,583,000), Keith Bogans (5,058,198), and Andray Blatche (1,375,604) (Total: $16,585,162)
Knicks do this because they get that Hibbert contract out of the way, and get a player that can man the backcourt with Dragic, a la the current Suns. Also get a young big man with potential in Blatche, and 2 contracts that can be cut next year.
Grizz accept. We sacrifice some cap flexibility for a great start to a powerhouse defense in Conley/Hibbert. The pick is nice also.

Charlotte accepts. I was going to amnesty Kobe if I didn't get a deal for him, and this is great value- lots of good role players, two picks, and a scoring forward. I'm not close to the hard cap yet (this drops me to about $103M?), but I'm slowly making my way towards the $90M cap. Thanks TC!
Dallas Agrees.
With what we started with getting a star was going to be next to impossible. We have to wait a year on Kobe and its a small risk with his age and health, but he was still a top 5 guy last year and nobody outworks Kobe. Plus we get another young wing prospect to soak up minutes this year and yet another 2014 pick as we want to be a power broker in this draft. We also will end up saving cap room next year as a result of this deal.
Good dealing Biz.

Charlotte accepts. I'm a big fan of Tyson Chandler. He's a top-tier defensive player and should serve as a mentor to Larry Sanders. We also drop another $5M.
We get a far superior player in the deal.
In the right system, Gasol is easily still a 20/10 guy, and a force on both sides of the ball. Regaurdless of what some may think, he still is an elite big man, that you can run your offense through. Good dealing Biz.
